TRAVEL- AND ACCOMODATION EXPENSES ‘Travel- and accommodation expenses will be charged on a reimbursable basis + 10% administration fee. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, travel- and accommodation expenses will be in accordance with the Norwegian State Travel Allowance Scale (Statens Reiseregulativ), WORK PREPARATION / COMPLETION A complete written report will be issued following each service visit. Preparation and reporting / completion time will be charged according to In-house / repair rates. Cost related to possible cancellation and/or rescheduling may be charged. WAITING TIME Waiting time will be charged according to onshore / site or living onboard rates. The ‘number of charged waiting hours onshore / site is limited to 8 hours per day TRAVEL TO HIGH RISK AREAS KM will normally follow the travel advice provided by Intemational SOS and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. KM reserves the right to decline a service request based upon a negative travel advice. An additional daily charge of NOK 2700,- and the cost for “Meet & Greet” wil added and reimbursed for engineers travelling to high risk areas. be TERMS OF PAYMENT Net. 30 days from date of invoice. Page 10 of 13, ‘Quotation no.: 20986 - 1 /04-01-2013 Kongsberg Maritime AS Reference System Kongsberg Maritime requirements to HSE and working conditions General Kongsberg Maritime anticipate the customer or yard to follow internationally accepted standards for industry, shipping and offshore with respect to HSE and Working Conditions The working conditions in Norway or on a Norwegian installation have to comply with the Norwegian national regulations. These regulations will be the guidelines for a Kongsberg Maritime representative working outside Norway. In the event of the representative deems the conditions to be unsafe or harmful to health, Kongsberg Maritime reserves the right for him/her to discontinue of his/her ‘work until the situation is acceptable. However, Kongsberg Maritime will inform the customer or site representative and work together in order to sort out the situation. Working Hours Normal working hours for Kongsberg Maritime representative on sites or offshore is, 12 hours and limited to 16 hours including overtime in one 24 hours period. If these limits are exceeded this will have a detrimental effect on the alertness of our representatives, and an increased possibility for human errors. If a Kongsberg Maritime representative is instructed by the customer or yard to extend these time limits, possible cost due to faults or errors deemed to be the result of extended working hours, has to be covered by the customer or yard, Accommodation If the customer or yard provides accommodation or meals on site or onboard, Kongsberg Maritime anticipates the following standards: A proper single bed with linen in an environment suitable for sleeping. Proper facilities for taking care of personal hygiene and washing of clothes. ‘A minimum of three meals per day including availability of potable water at all times, In the event of these requirements not being fulfilled, Kongsberg Maritime reserves, the right to charge daily allowance and travel cost in accordance with Norwegian State Travel Allowance Scale (Statens Reiseregulativ). ‘Quotation no.: 20936 - 1 /04-01-2013 Page 11 of 13 Reference System Kongsberg Maritime AS 5 Kongsberg Maritime AS standard condition for technical assistance 1, ENGINEERING IN THE PROJECT ‘The conditions for engineering during the project are defined as follows: 1.1 Kongsberg Maritime AS is responsible for the engineering of the equipment covered by this contract and that the same equipment fulfils the technical specification which forms part of the contract (e.g. system layout / architecture, power distribution, internal interface distribution, etc.). 1.2. This contract does not include any engineering related to design of equipment not covered by the contract, nor the function of such equipment (e.g. operational philosophies, field instrument index, hook-up to other equipment, etc.) 1.3 All functions and interfaces are based on standards described in the Installation or Design Manual issued by Kongsberg Maritime. 2, CONDITIONS FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ‘The conditions for technical assistance during start-up / commissioning / sea trial are defined as follows: 2.1 Kongsberg Maritime AS is responsible for delivered systems and functions specified and covered by the signed contract. Kongsberg Maritime is not responsible for equipment connected to the delivered system which is supplied by the yard or other suppliers. 2.2 The yard is responsible for correct installation, cabling, and interface of all equipment connected to the system prior to commissioning. If other suppliers’ ‘equipment not covered by this contract is connected to the system, Kongsberg Maritime is only responsible for correct performance of the system functions, 2.3. During sea trials of dynamic positioning systems the yard is responsible for ‘ensuring that competent technicians for the power plant and propulsion systems are present. 2.4 The allocated days and terms for commissioning are counted from day of departure home to day of return home base. 2.5. The representative from Kongsberg Maritime "on site" carrying out commissioning and start-up is only responsible for equipment and functions according to final specifications covered under the main contract and additional contracts signed during the project. Reference System 26 Any additions or changes outside the final specifications not covered in any ‘addendum to the contract; have to be clarified with the project manager with regard to technical changes, price adjustments, changes in delivery time or other conditions. 2.7 The yard has to give Kongsberg Maritime 21 days notice in advance before 28 technical assistance for commissioning is required at the yard. All signals should be loop-tested prior to commissioning The conditions for technical assistance cover all products manufactured by Kongsberg Maritime AS. 3. WAITING AND ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONING RATE ‘The conditions for waiting and additional commissioning rate during start-up / commi 3. 32 33 Other expenses (i.e. additional accommodation and living expenses) ining / sea trial are defined as follows: Waiting and time and costs in connection with faults caused by the yard or other ‘manufacturers will be deducted from the commissioning time specified in this quotation. If the system design fault is caused by Kongsberg Maritime, time and cost spent by Kongsberg Maritime engineers to correct the fault will not be deducted from the commissioning and sea trial time specified in the quotation. The Kongsberg Maritime service engineer will give the yard daily report during commissioning time. Time for normal testing, overtime, faults caused by Kongsberg Maritime and faults caused by others will be specified Waiting time / additional commissioning time to be covered by the yard in accordance with Kongsberg Maritime's normal day rate. ‘This quotation is based on normal working hours - 8 hours per day Monday to Friday for commissioning, and 12 hours per day Monday to Sunday for sea trials.
