help students reduce stress and recharge their batteries after a hard-studying day. For example, students will

In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people evaluate the impact of this
issue, and it is still a controversial issue. As far as I am concerned, I also advocate my views that students

This is because of the fact that distractions could be outside or inside the vehicle. The major distraction
is talking on mobile phone while driving. Act of talking on phone occupies major portion of brain and the
smaller part handles the driving skills. This becomes one of the reasons of crashes. For example, when
drivers attend to telephone calls while driving, they are able to neglect their driving if there is a vital problem
impacting their spirit. Thus, this distraction results in accidents with themselves.
In order to resolve such problems, people should take some concerted (phối hợp) measures.
One primary solution would be that drivers should have a good limitation about their speed when
using their vehicles on the roads. They shouldn’t drive quickly in every situation because it is easy to occur
unfortunate accidents. In addition, drivers need to concentrate on driving vehicles and especially, the driver
have to avoid doing other actions (The driver should not be distracted due to these things) including using
cell phone, adjusting mirrors while driving, listening to music, watching films, etc. However, education is the
main way to tackle this issue. People need to be aware of the effects so that they can avoid this problem.
