Drawing (1) : sketch of stairs chimney area

Drawing (2) general plan GF
Floor slabs pic1, white cream limestone used, uneven size slabs. Pic 1 and 2
near well : paved as in path after bridge
frieze where indicated on map in light lines : use pattern pic3 except not with its central motive.

Entrance:
On both sides : statue torchiere bronze as on terrace old Hoa model (copy from previous model) pic 4
entrance left side : orange tree with oranges 250 tall
right of entrance : interior oval pond on floor level (not raised, at floor level) pic 5 with in center
marble pedestal with stone pedestal and stone vase as pic 6, water jets from side towards center

dining table : stands as in pic 7. Table top pic8, using actually the full plate pattern and repeating it
along the table, around those rounds same pattern (without partitions and slightly darker blue.)

Large kitchen : floor and hanging furniture exactly like in two level house in previous house (copy
paste while arranging the dimensions)
Linked to it : a bar : a turning 50 cm deep arm going from the wall into a 1m circle : top pink quartz,
pic 9. Cabinet body below in glass with 8 black slim columns. Around bar use high chairs copy/paste
from terrace old Hoa
Above hanging glasses on copper rail (like in two level house in old model , but rail from the wall

The well place can be closed on both sides by sliding large wooden dark panels. The type seen in pic of
interior pond above. west : sliding laterally , 3 panels, one being fix. North side: same, 3 wooden panels
, but vertically, the fixed one on top
Well : made with beige stones, 50 cm high, top in pink granite pic 10, metallic bronze color grill to
close it. On a pedestal 50 cm above well top against the wall stone fountain woman statue in stone.
Appearance as pic11, open hands as in pic12 but 2 colour as pic13. Water flowing from the hands into
the well

Drawing room
toilet door : reshaped reuse of door old hoa model see pic14
Chimney: inspiration from pic15. drawing .(3) Around fire place itself (bottom part): border deco is pic
used for the floor frieze, the top center pattern being instead the one in pic 16. Central fronton as per
pic 17 . fake letters on top tabula, then going to ceiling deco pic 18 right part motive slightly
rearranged. Statue : as pic19 or , or you find it tricky (you tell me ) replace by statue copied from old
Hoa already used in entrance.

Staircase :
structurally we change it a bit by making it rounder. Please look at my general map where you have the
new staircase (same as current except this rounding of the shape: we keep same steps, same size etc) .
Be careful: my drawing is a bit mixed up as stairs goes along with sofa below it.
Drawing (4)
We have a column at the bottom of stairs with similar deco as the ones you have for balcony south
facade, apart from the fact that the bottom leaves pattern is repeated. Top is lotus as we have outside
except please amend for both this lotus as it looks more artichoke then lotus. The way to do it is that
upper ranks of leaves are not as long as bottom ones. Is it clear? i sketched it a bit (but not greatly).
Linked (with iron bars) to this column are a) entrance grill to the staircase and b) railings on the
staircase side
Stairs entrance grill is revamped pattern as per drawing (4) and pic20. Top of it has deco round and
square mixed as the one in main gate you did..
Three first steps are sone pink granite as per well top. Rest are wood.
Railings : they go up to the third step, where they connect to a smaller version of the stone columns.
They are in forged iron and bronze color as per drawing (5) and are similar in pattern to the feet of the
dining table (to make it easier). Then from 4th step upwards we have wood balusters as per pic 21
(stylized vase part) and upper wooden deco as per pic 22 (except the center box).
Frontal part of staircase: no balusters railings there but deco used in Hoa old model top floor as per pic
23, then in a pseudo octagon (top has two extra sides) deco flower as per drawing (5) and pic 24
Then on the west side of staircase bottom we have an engaged columns along the load bearing square
columns except it is at 90 degree with the wall. Its style is like the opposite one.

Sofas : i will do very simple stuff for now. The goal is mostly for me to verify circulation and check the
style overall. All those seatings are similar except for their shape : they are banquette style as per pic 25
and pic 26. This means upholstered banks with no armrest (exception being 3, right side armrest, 4
right side armrest as well. 2 is an upholstered chair ) On the back side of those banquettes we have a
panel in black wood with same pattern as the one you know well , reused on staircase front panel. This
backside should stick up above the upholstered back by 10cm. The part where you have this wooden
backside I symbolize with a double line. Upholstering is dark red.

Add a few dark wood book shelves with old books under stairs behind sofa and near toilet door as in
sketch drawing (1)

Aside from this :

Second floor balcony change shape , see pic 27 and drawing (6), as well as change the side balcony
plain railing for design smiliar to small one south facade.
Beasts pool : remove the bridge columns bottom part (in the water) . Pic 28 As well these stairs will kill
someone : please move it toward the bridge and make it join with bent pool wall in this location to
avoid sharp ends pic 29
Second floor balcony window: shape changed to lotus like as per simple pic sketch 30 ( osnotb lead
enough?)
