❖ Troubleshooting for vision battery communication fail
1. Check the batteries ID address(Dip switch)are correct or not and start from ID No-1

3.Check the batteries LAN cables status(RJ45)

4. Press menu –Go to configuration-Go to system setting-Modbus Devices-and must correct as below in

Go to Modbus devices Go to Modbus number and check each number

Check each device and must correct as below number 1 to 5

4. First switch off the battery busbar breaker and as a second switch off the battery breaker about 5 sec or
10sec and switch on. Go to the Pluto plus controller configuration and press clear event and uninstall
equipment about 4 times. And check on controller for the battery communication status connected or not.
If not and still communication fail, press the reset button on battery 1 or 2 sec.After that go to controller
and enter configuration and press, clear event and uninstall equipment about 4 times.
And check again the battery communication status connected or not.
Note. During breaker on/off test make sure to run DG manual.
