Develops an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize
assortments.
Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to guests to
build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues.
Becomes knowledgeable regarding the systems in the arcade, including kiosk operations as
well as the Ticket Redemption operations to assist guests appropriately and accurately.
Actively monitors the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.
Reports any suspicious persons or activity to the Supervisor or Security immediately.
Addresses minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our Arcade
guests. Reports unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
Uses proper cash handling procedures as trained.
Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change.
Signs out, secures, utilizes, and returns bank funds according to policy. Completes any stock

Upon arrival to New York, NY: JFK International Airport (JFK) airport, participants should go to the
Ground Transportation area of the airport. To get to the bus station, participants will need to take the
AirTrain JFK Gold to Terminal 1 (free), then take the JFK Airport Shuttle to Penn Station - Port
Authority Bus Station ($20.00). At the Port Authority bus terminal to then buy a ticket and travel to
Kalahari Waterpark & Resorts.
This shuttle service picks up from the Ground Transportation Welcome Center at Terminals 1, 4 or 8;
for all other terminals, please take JFK¶s free monorail to terminals 1, 4 or 8.
Cost for this shuttle is approximately $20 per traveler, one way.

Once at the Port Authority bus terminal, participants should then take the Martz Trailways bus into
Mount Pocono Waterparks, Pennsylvania.

Arrivals should be scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. If participants
are arriving over the weekend or before/after receiving hours, participants must spend the night at a
local hotel in Mount Pocono, PA [see below].
Using this website to purchase tickets in advance, participants should choose the following options
from the drop-down menu:
"New York, NY" in the ³Leaving From´drop down selection.
"Mount Pocono Water Parks, PA" on the ³Going To´drop down selection.

Please provide a brief description of your Pocono Manor is a small resort community located in the Poconos
community: mountains in eastern Pennsylvania state. The town and surrounding
area is renowned for its beauty, surrounded by tall, majestic
mountains, juxtaposed against clear, deep lakes and rushing rivers.

Participants will be meeting new people and interacting with Americans and other international participants at work
and on their time off. This area receives many tourists so participants will be able to interact with local Americans and
visitors to this resort town on a daily basis. Experiencing American culture will be part of participants' lives while living
in this seasonal area.

Participants whose employment is terminated (involuntary or voluntarily), will have 1 week from the time that they end
their position to secure permanent housing that complies with Greenheart Exchange¶s Housing Guidelines and submit
a Self-Arranged Job Offer (SAJO) to Greenheart Exchange for consideration. Participants who end employment are
required to move out of employer housing within 48 hours. If participants are not able to secure permanent housing
and acceptable SAJO within 1 week deadline in the area, they have the option to end their programs or continue
search for a new job and housing in different location for another week. Participants cannot be unemployed for longer
than 2 weeks. Participant¶s failure to submit a SAJO within a two-week timeframe will result in shortening the
participant¶s program sponsorship.
If Greenheart Exchange rejects SAJO, the participant has 1 business day to resubmit SAJO in accordance with
instructions received from Greenheart Exchange. Failure to resubmit SAJO within 1 business day may result in
