GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

Wizz Air Pilot Recruitment assessment events


are planned for months ahead.

Our intention is to give the possibility to


candidates to choose the most suitable slot in
the upcoming month or to be able to
reschedule the event within the given
upcoming month.
(see next pages)

Should you be unable to join us in the


assessment’s month you are invited for, please
decline the invitation (see next pages) and you
will be automatically considered for invitation
to the next available slot for maximum three
occasions.

In case you decline your attendance three


times (unable to choose any slots for three
months time), your application might be
reconsidered in line with our recruitment
needs.

In case you are unable or not willing to join our


events as per above, please withdraw your
application and re-submit once you are
available to make further steps with your
application.

We provide limited slots for each event, should


you be unable to apply for one of them due to
an overbooking, we suggest that you return
and check the available slots within a few days
or wait until you get invited for the next
month’s assessments. These cases will not be
considered as declining the event.

HOW TO SIGN IN FOR THE EVENT
Proceed to Wizz Air’s Career Site, and sign in with the credentials you have used for
registration.

Once logged in, go to „MY INTERVIEWS” and you will see the number of available
recruitment events in the upcoming period, click on „SELECT” then a calendar will appear.
Here you can choose the first day of the suitable assessment at your convenience until
slots are available. The second day is on the next calendar day subject to successful
completion of the first day.

When you choose the slot, a pop-up window will appear and you can submit your
application with the „BOOK INTERVIEW” button. Your assessment will be confirmed at this
moment by an automatic e-mail.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE THE EVENT
Should you decide to reschedule the interview in the given month:
Navigate to the „MY INTERVIEWS” tab and click on the „RESCHEDULE” option. Now you
can choose between the available options. Once you finished, click on reschedule
interview.

HOW TO CANCEL THE EVENT

Should you decide to cancel the already booked interview:


Navigate to the „MY INTERVIEWS” tab and click on the „CANCEL INTERVIEW” option. In
the pop-up window you can send us the cancellation.

IMPORTANT: Once you cancelled the event, you will not be able to participate in any of
the published events in the same month. Should you wish to reschedule your
participation, please see the „HOW TO RESCHEDULE THE EVENT” page.

HOW TO DECLINE THE EVENT

In case none of the given assessment slots are suitable for you, before booking any of the
events, you have the possibility to decline the invitation for the given month, by clicking
on „DECLINE”.

IMPORTANT: Once you have declined the event, you will not be able to participate at
any of the published events in the same month.

You will be automatically considered for invitation to the next available slot for maximum
three occasions. In case you decline your attendance three times (unable to choose any
slots for three months time), your application might be reconsidered in line with our
recruitment needs.

It is your responsibility to check the latest travel and vaccination restrictions!


A visa invitation letter (if required) will be issued after you successfully booked an event.
Business Travel Certificate will be automatically sent to you by a member of our team

HOW TO WITHDRAW & RESUBMIT AN
APPLICATION
In case you are unable or not willing to join our events for the upcoming few months,
please withdraw your application and re-submit once you are available.

To withdraw your application, navigate to „JOB MANAGEMENT”.

Choose the drop down menu at „ACTIONS”, click on „WITHDRAW APPLICATION”.

Once you are able to proceed with your application again, navigate to the same page and
choose „RESUBMIT APPLICATION”

DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST
You are required to bring the following documentation with you. Please keep in
mind, if you come without proper and original documentation it will result the
cancellation of your assessment.
We recommend you to complete this checklist before departing for your selection.

We are actively HIRING, therefore those pilots who successfully

Wizz Air Group currently has a number of AOCs with more than 40
operating bases in total.

We RECRUIT for all bases across our network and base allocation amongst
successful candidates will be done just before offering employment taking
into consideration:

Suitability: Due to different legal requirements, some candidates may or


Base may not be suitable for a particular AOC / Base assignment
(e.g.: Work & Residence permit for different citizens, Flight Crew License
allocation issuing authority, etc.).
You will be considered for all AOC’s / Bases where legally possible.

Preference: Your AOC / Base preference will be further discussed during


your interview and kept on record.

All your preferences, matching suitability, will be considered during base


allocation before making an employment offer prior to you joining.

Our compensation package is designed to provide the same conditions for the pilot
community all around our network considering the differences between the cost of
Compensation living and taxation amongst bases. Detailed, exact information is going to be shared
during the company presentation on the first day of your assessment.

The Training Center is accessible by road by car.

The route between BUD International Airport and the building is


depicted on the map below.

The Training Center is also accessible by public transport:

PARKING
Car parking places are available next to the building without prior
request or card for the period of your recruitment process.

Cars left in the parking for several nights will be transported away at the cost of the
owner of the car.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
INFORMATION
Please kindly note, it is your responsibility to keep yourself up to date
and be aware of travel restrictions into/from Hungary.

A Business Travel Certificate will automatically be issued and sent


to you the latest 48 hours before the commencement of the
assessment. We suggest you color print the certificate in three
copies for an ability to hand over to Police Officer at the border upon
your arrival and departure.

Please kindly note, in case you need visa to enter Hungary, you will
need to confirm the booked assessment first, then we will be able to
issue a visa invitation letter for you for the specific date.

Please be advised, should you reschedule yourself to an event within 2


business days prior to the event start, we might not be able to
guarantee your certificate issued on time.

ENHANCED HEALTH & SAFETY
MEASURES
In order to further mitigate the risks caused by the
pandemic there are special procedures in force:

• Upon entry a body temperature check will be carried


out by the security staff. In case it is above 38 degrees
Celsius, the person will not be allowed to enter the
building.

• All individuals entering are required to sanitize their


hands. Sanitizer unit is available at the entrance.

• All persons are required to wear a face mask


continuously while they are in common areas in the
training center. The presence of the mask is checked by
the security staff upon entry.

• Candidates are required to fill in and sign a Covid


Declaration Form upon arrival. The collection box is
located at the reception where the forms are also
found.

• Vending machines are operative, however they accept


contactless payment only (no coins accepted).
Before using a vending machine, candidates are
required to sanitize their hands. The sanitizer unit is
located nearby.

• A standardized cleaning procedure has been


developed: Candidates using computers for exam
purposes are responsible for cleaning before and
after the exam session.

• Certified sanitizer tissues are available in the


examination rooms. These can be applied on all
keyboards / switches / knobs / buttons and on
headsets as well. We encourage all candidates to use
own headsets equipped with USB or jack connector.

• All candidates are required to keep social distancing.

ACCESS & SECURITY
INSTRUCTIONS
ACCESS

There is a driveway and a pedestrian gate


available - open during office hours. Outside
of office hours please use the intercom to
gain access.

All candidates will be given with temporary


ID upon presenting their passport or
national ID card at the reception.

By the time of arrival, candidates are kindly


asked to comply with body temperature
check procedure, then proceed to reception
for registration and temporary ID card
allocation, including filling health declaration
forms.

Once holding the temporary ID, candidates


are also required to wait in the main foyer
area of the building before passing security
gates.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

As an external guest of the building, pilot recruitment


candidates are not allowed to leave the lobby area and
pass through security gates without escort by any of the
pilot recruitment team representatives.

Candidates are strictly not allowed to enter any offices, simulator


or emergency trainer area or proceed to the upper levels of the
building unless otherwise instructed and escorted.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There is a lobby in the building on the ground floor, where you can
spend your time in between the activities.

Free of charge Wi-Fi is available in the building.

FOOD AND REFRESHMENT OPTIONS

Several vending machines are available in the


building, providing fresh water, coffee, snacks
and sandwiches. The machines are equipped
with PayPass paying options.

On the ground floor, there is a dining area equipped with chairs


and tables, vending machines as well as a kitchen corner with
refrigerators and microwaves.

As a basic courtesy, may we kindly ask you to leave all equipment as


clean as you have found, properly stowed.

EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS

Wizz Air Simulator and Training Centre has an automatic alarm


system throughout the whole building.

In case of emergency, all candidates are required to follow the


instructions of the representatives of Wizz Air. Evacuation plan is
also part of this material, kindly examine it prior to the event.

Should be there any emergency exercise planned for the day of the
event, candidates will be informed verbally before starting the
recruitment process.
