FAULT 1: Uneven line and word spacing

CORRECT OBSERVATION: The line spacing in the whole document is not 1.5 and also there
are instances where their is not double spacing between words. As per the correct format, the line
spacing should be 1.5 and even in the whole document and also there should be double spacing
between words.

FAULT 2: Wrong references

CORRECT OBSERVATION: The author’s name is not in bold in the references attached. As
per the correct format, while writing references, the author’s name should be written in bold.
Example: Kabir, S.M.S. (2017). Essentials of Counseling. Abosar Prokashana Sangstha, ISBN:
978-984- 8798-22-5, Banglabazar, Dhaka-1100.

FAULT 3: Subheads not numbered

CORRECT OBSERVATION: In the given report, no subheads are numbered. As per the
correct format, the subheads, if any, should be numbered in order such as 1.1 or 1.1.1.

FAULT 4: Wrong position of page numbers

CORRECT OBSERVATION: The page numbers in the given report are mentioned in the
footer section. As per the correct format, the page numbers should be mentioned in the right side
of the header section.

FAULT 5: Wrong alignment

CORRECT OBSERVATION: The alignment in the document is uneven, i.e. somewhere left
aligned and somewhere justified. As per the correct format, the content should be left aligned.
