I have more than 12 Years’ Experience in various Civil and Infrastructure Development Projects. Have

Project: Diamer Basha Infra Structure Project

Diamer Basha Dam is world highest Roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam having height of 272m. Have
power generation capacity of 4500MW. Dam construction includes slope stabilization of more than 200m
height. Dam includes construction of underground power houses and power tunnels.

Client: Water & Power Development Authority, Pakistan

Role & Responsibilities

- Supervision of Dam wall i.e. RCC, slope stabilization, Tunnels, underground power houses, heavy
reinforced concrete structure
- Supervision of different type of concrete pouring i.e. mass concrete, hot weather and cold weather
concrete, lean concrete, blinding concrete
- Supervision of underground excavation and their support work i.e. blasting, shotcrete, rock bolt, swellex
bolts, wire mesh and lattice girder installation and their secondary support work concrete lining, steel
lining and grouting works
- Supervision of Slopes stabilization including blasting and their support work i.e. pre-splitting, main blast,
shotcrete, rock bolt and ground anchors.
- Supervision of Earth and rock excavation with different mechanical and blasting method i.e. Pre-
Splitting, smooth wall blasting, Main Blasting for dam abutment, foundation and slope stabilization.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Monitors and ensures Contractor meets and fulfills project goals, design specifications and contractual
obligations such as construction management activities and methodology, budget, schedule
requirements, field operations, Owner’s procedures, Department KPIs, quality control and Safety.
- Develops a close working relationship with contractor.
- Provides project management guidance in interpretation of specifications, procedures, methods,
schedule, and productivity.
- Reviews problems with contractor to determine whether proposed remedies are adequate for resolution.
- Supervises the Resident Construction Engineers (Arch, Civil, Elec, Mech) and Administrative support
staff.
- Receives initiates and routes all correspondence and submittals between Contractor and Owner.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervision of underground structures Tunnels, penstock, power house and surge shaft
excavation with drill and blast method
- Quality maintained of work in hydro power structures like tunnels, spillways, penstock, surge
shaft, underground power structure, concrete and steel pipes lining.
- Execute the design support work of headrace tunnel including shotcrete, rock bolts, lattice
girders, steel rebar, strand anchor, consolidation grouting concrete lining and steel pipe lining.
- Supervise the Roller Compacted Concrete for tunnel beds.
- Analyzed and supervision of repairing different cracks and defects in heavy concrete structures
including tunnel concrete lining and RCC.
- Prepared and supervise construction drawings and coordinate with design team and sub-
contractor to implement design standards.
