Task 5.

I live in a nice neighborhood, there are a lot of parks and green areas, there is a big library
nearby, also a shopping center. The neighborhood is very quiet, there is not much traffic and
it is quite safe.There are many grocery stores and many drug stores too.On weekends the
neighborhood is crowded, many people go out to shopping or exercise.

Task 6.

Dear Michael.

I'm glad to hear you're coming to visit us. I hope you can stay for a long time with us, I will
meet you at the airport, so remember I'm tall, I have black hair and I'll be wearing a yellow t-
shirt and short pants. My friend Jose will go with me, he is medium height, he has long hair
and beard and he will be wearing a leather jacket and jeans.

Task 7.

Hi, Miguel

How have you been doing? We haven't seen each other for three years, since you went to
Australia with your brother. I’m writing to tell you that I have bought an apartment, I’m still
decorating it but I’m so happy about this. I also got a great job, I work three days from my
home and go to the office two days a week. I started to ride a bike on weekends, I can
already do three kilometers.I hope to see you soon.}

Task 8.

I went with my siblings to a restaurant in the country last weekend. I tried a cone that came
with pork and melted cheese. Actually all of my siblings tried a cone, but each of them
ordered something different, some asked for beef , others chicken and various side dishes.
The service was fast and the whole place was nicely decorated.
The name was The high tower. We went in the afternoon. I had lemonade to drink.I didn't eat
dessert.
