Health check report:

We have scheduled the health check reports on all the PROD servers and this will get triggered by 7:30
PM IST and 9:00 AM EST.

What NOC team have to monitor in this Health Check Report?

 Listener status:
If the report highlights in the RED , then immediately inform the DBA and call the person
available in the shift .
 Mount point status:
If any mount point is above 97% , then it will be highlighted as RED .

 If noticed an alert like ORACLE NOT AVAILABLE, then that’s a P2 or P1 call. SO immediately
connect with Dba.
 High Ram Utilization.
This is very critical for PXDWDB(OMPRLEX001) and OMPROD(OMPRLEBS003, OMPRLEBS001,
OMPRLEBS002) .If noticed any such related alerts on mail . Kindly Ping any of the DBA who is
available in shift and then mail to the ORACLE DL-IMS-ORACLE.

 Tablespace status:
If noticed any alert coming with above 97% immediately connect to DBA.
