Greetings!
We, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Buluangan, wrote this letter to
request form your good office to allow us to conduct a program entitled,
BUilding Learners' Understanding on Absolute Numerical and General Academic
Necessity (BULUANGAN). This program aims to aide Project GARIN
Assessment and help the pupils of Buluangan Elementary School to improve
their reading, numerical, and academic skills. This program will be done every
Sunday that will commence on April 28, 2024 until May 26, 2024 at 8:30 AM to
11:00 AM.
We are looking forward for your favorable response regarding this matter. Thank
