UNDERTAKING

As per the orders issued, I,

Vide T.O.O.(CGM-HRD) Ms.No. , dt. .06.2023 will be appointed as Junior

Assistant cum Computer Operator ( Administration ), in Transmission
Corporation of Telangana Limited, undertake that, I abide by the Rules and
Regulations applicable as framed by the Transmission Corporation of
Telangana Limited and as amended from time to time. The Tripartite
Agreement entered into between APSEB, Government of AP., and the APSEB
Employees Associations are not applicable to me as such agreement was
entered into when I was neither an employee of APSEB / TSTRANSCO nor a
member of any Employees Association and hence, I shall at no stage be
entitled to claim any right whatsoever arising out of the said Tripartite
Agreement.
