Raffle Mechanics

The raffle draw is an activity done to produce funds for the different activities and
programs of the Seminaryo-Tahanan (SETA). The proceeds of this activity will be utilized to
support the different programs of the Seminary in forming seminarians for the future priestly
ministry.
Raffle Ticket Distribution:
 There are 10 raffle tickets for every booklet. (10 tickets/booklet)
 Every family will receive 3 booklets of raffle tickets to sell. (3 x 10 = 30)
 Every ticket is worth Php 100. (30 x 100 = Php 3,000)
 If the family is willing to sell more tickets, they may ask for more from the
Seminarian in charge.
 Every extra booklet sold is equivalent to 1 raffle entry as a commission reward.
 All Raffle tickets will be collected on the Family Day activity (tentative February
18, 2024)
o Early submission of raffle ticket returns shall be submitted to the SETA
Asst. Treasurers.
o Asst. Treasurers will take into account the name of the seller, the ticket
series sold together with the payments.
o The Asst. Treasurers will be responsible for the safekeeping and
authentication of early submitted raffle ticket returns.
Raffle Ticket collection
 Raffle ticket collection will be done on the Family Day (February 18, 2024)
 The collection will be held at the Main building visitor’s parlor.
 The ticket returns shall be submitted together with the payments.
 The sold tickets will be authenticated by the SETA Treasurer and Asst.
Treasurers.
 Authenticated Raffle tickets will be dropped in the Tambiolo.
 Unsold raffle ticket series shall be returned to the SETA Treasurer or Asst.
Treasurer for safekeeping and security purposes.
