INTRODUCTION
“No man is an island” is a famous phrase that most of you might already heard before.
Open your book on page 20 and try to answer the Wordstorm. Write the hidden
message below.
BIG IDEA
Third Law of Motion states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The statement means that in every interaction, there is a pair of forces acting on the
two interacting objects. The size of the forces on the first object equals the size of the
force on the second object.
EXAMPLE
Action: The player hits the ball using
force.
Reaction: The ball was hit by the player
using baseball bat which makes the ball fly
REMEMBER!
In every action there’s an opposite reaction.
This is also applicable in our real life,
“No man is an island”
is a phrase which can be related to the said law
Wherein there should be another force in order
to successfully demonstrate this law.
