Maintenance and expansion of ports and harbours to accommodate water boring transportation for a growing
world-trade is perhaps that best known reason for dredging .We have the right machinery, equipment and
personnel for preces and standard delver in the area of dredging. Our top of the range dredging equipment is
a 16‟‟x16‟‟Dredger with a two kilometer pipeline floater among others. The capacity of our engineering

Hodee Offshore Services Limited believes that quality assurance is the plan which sets up the system by
which project quality will be maintained. This plan is the key policy for implementing and administering
quality on the project.

Project procedures are the means and the methods which are followed to ensure the project work will be
performed in accordance with the quality assurance plan.

Project criteria are the standards all the technical work will fallow to ensure standard, consistent design
decision-making. The project criteria will be established at the beginning of the job the project Manager in
conjunction with the project Engineer and architects in each discipline. The project criteria is the guidebook
for all the design work to ensure uniformity of design and construction, the management and staff Of Hodeee
Offshore Services Limited treats this document as extremely important for all phases of the work including
design, construction and future renovation or modifications. Quality control is part of the project procedures
which describes the exact reviewing and checking, methods of each of the various work tasks.

Sub-contractor quality control will be maintained by requiring each subcontractor to prepare and implement
their own quality assurance/control manual. This manual will be reviewed and approved by the coordinator
to ensure compliance with the project quality assurance procedures. Hodee Offshore Services Limited
periodic audits are conducted of each sub‟s work to ensure the work is proceeding according to the quality
assurance plan.
 HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) POLICY
In pursuance of the Health and safety at work Act 1975, the following policy is adopted by Hodee Offshore
Services Ltd. It shall have the effect on every person employed by the company and each employee shall
accept his responsibilities in accordance with the act, the regulation controlling the industry and policy as far
as it is reasonably practical.

THE AIMS:

To prevent as far as it is reasonably practical accidents and dangerous occurrence that might put at risk the
health, safety and welfare of all personnel including the general public and others not employed by
ourselves.

To active and maintain high accident free record throughout our operations.

THE POLICY:

Hodee Offshore Services limited recognizes its responsibilities under the health and safety at work Act 1975
to provide safe and health working environment for all its employees as far as it is reasonably practical and
make the health safety and welfare of its employee a matter of prime importance and consideration. The
company expects the full co-operation of all employees in fulfilling this policy and in promoting health and
safety at work. Management at all level will be reasonable to ensure that the aims are identified as far as it is
practical. Hodee offshore services limited will review its policy as may be required

ENVIRONMENT

In pursuance of the environment protection Act 1980, the Environment protection (Duty of care) Regulation
1991, and the „controlled wasted regulations 1991, the following policy as adopted by Hodee Offshore
services Limited shall have effect on everyone employed by the company and each employee shall accept it
as his responsibility to the act and regulation controlled the industry and this Environment policy as far as it
is reasonably practical.
