Rationale:
The education of this workforce is multifaceted and challenging due to the complex nature of
healthcare professionals' roles and responsibilities. It draws on a variety of learning sources,
including teachers, peers, and patients, and may emphasize Work
Work-Integrated Learning (WIL).

Classroom learning allows for direct interaction between learners and the trainer, as well as learning
through hands-on

classrooms, communicate, and evaluate student outputs in a way that was different from the usual
academic setting in order to provide quality instruction in a new perspective where we consider having
