You agree to the following terms and conditions, that you as an employee has
agreed to work with TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING with good moral and
attitude as a automotive production worker. With a basic monthly salary of
7,500CAD, free feeding, private accommodation and a vehicle would be provided to
you which the maintenance is duly of yours.

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/TRAVEL

You are entitled to 1 months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2
weeks apart from one different period. You will be receiving 5,500.00 CAD Take
home for each leave Period

NOTE: Employee will be responsible for his visa and work permit fee when needed
at the embassy, which will be reimbursed to him/her before resumption to duty once
the visa has been stamp with TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING to work
here in Canada. TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING as the employer shall be
responsible to provide traveling documents and employee's Air ticket.
