PATTERN TERMINOLOGY (US TERMS)

NOTES
Using this pattern you will crochet a cute bunny.
The toy pieces are crocheted in continuous non-joining rounds (unless otherwise
stated).
This pattern doesn’t include any crochet lessons. You must know how to crochet
main stitches.
Skill level - intermediate.
The size of the finished toy when using the indicated materials is about 27 cm
(10,62 inch) taking into account ears height.
My stitches have a semi X-shape. If your stitches have V-shape, then your toy will
be bigger.
The legs and a body are crocheted as one piece. The arms are attached when
crocheting a body.
I used wire for the arms but it’s optional.

This pattern is designed by me Olesya Baygacheva and is for personal

use only.
The pattern (whole or in part) can not be reproduced, translated,
altered, distributed, resold or used for commercial purposes unless
authorised. You are welcome to sell any finished items that you
personally create from this pattern.

Embroidery of carrots

For embroidery I use orange thread YarnArt Jeans. Divide the thread into 4 thin
strands and use 2 of 4.

Embroidery is made in the technique of "French knot".

Embroidery must be done before you stuff the part, so the stuffing will not get
knocked out and drag on the needle during the embroidery process.

When doing embroidery, do not tighten the knots too tightly; you should end up
with a long and voluminous carrot (the length of the orange part is approximately
5 mm).

I do not cut the thread after embroidering each element, but stretch it inside the
part to the place where I will embroider the next carrot.

First we embroider all the orange parts, and only then the green “tails”.

I embroidered carrots randomly. You can place them more often or less often at
your discretion.

embroidering carrots.

Arms
(make 2)
Prepare the wire for the arms. We need two pieces in lenght about 15 cm. (My wire
was thin, so I used 30 cm long pieces, folding them in half, so the length of each
piece was 15 cm). Bend one end of the wire on both pieces so that the length
becomes approximately 13-14 cm. Pic. 19 Wrap it with a masking tape or with
adhesive tape as shown in the pic 20.

19 20

Start in beige color.

Rnd 1. 4 sc in mr (4)

Then make above each “carrot” 2 stitches with green thread YarnArt Jeans. Divide the
thread into 4 thin strands and use 1 of them. Pic. 25-27
