TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rahmani30 and Rahmani Program of Excellence

1.1. That Rahmani30 is a manifestation of the Rahmani Program of Excellence and that it is used
interchangeably.
1.2. That I understand that the OBJECTIVE of this program is to build moral leadership for the
successive generations by selecting the intellectually most capable students, regardless of their
economic conditions.
1.3. That Rahmani30 is supported by more than 500 schools and thousands of ambassadors on a
volunteer basis, and that I and my immediate family pledge to volunteer 2 weeks of yearly effort to
propagate the mission of Rahmani Program of Excellence or any volunteer service as may be
suggested by Rahmani30 team.

2. Principles that enhance the chances of success

2.1. That the best chance my ward and I have is through collaboration, dedication, focus, very hard
work, and dua’.
2.2. That this program is to cultivate change makers and therefore my ward/I will need to collaborate,
help, and support - i.e., compete in “khair” (goodness) and not in “shr” (wrong doings) with peers.
Competition to prove self-worth is for the outside world, it is extremely disruptive if it becomes
internal facing.
2.3. That Sharif means honorable and the honorable ones take positive actions to set affairs straight
when any wrong doing takes place and is not merely a meek or mute spectator of those events.
2.4. That shortcuts are actually the longest cuts that I as a parent/ward can take.
2.5. That the sustained outcomes achieved by Rahmani30 are based on their methodologies and their
way of training the new generation. Therefore, my ward and I both must trust the team of
Rahmani30 and its methodologies to enhance my wards/my chances of success.
2.6. That smiling is a sunnah of the Prophet s.a.w. and therefore both my ward and I would need to
smile more to lighten the mood and enhance my ward’s/my chances of success.
2.7. That what goes around comes around, therefore my ward and I both should remain positive and
propagate positive messages so that khair can come back to us.
2.8. That cleanliness is half of our Eeman, therefore my ward/I will not only keep themselves/myself
clean but will also help keep the study center clean
2.9. That these two/one or more years are a marathon and not a sprint. My ward will need to develop
directed focus, established plan, and continuous effort underscored with both
responsibility-oriented collaboration with peers and above all dua to be successful.
2.10. That my ward and I will follow the hadith that commands to help our brother regardless of being
the oppressed or the oppressor. It was asked how do we help oppressors and the reply was by
preventing them from oppressing. This commands us to take positive action to make things better.

3. Academics
3.1. That I understand that the learning and teaching METHODOLOGY of this program is very
different from other schools or programs. It is this very methodology that makes Rahmani30 a
greatly successful program. Rahmani30 teaches students to become learners through self-study,
group discussions, and references to various resources. Instructors primarily clear doubts of the
students through mentors or directly as the situation may mandate.
3.2. That in order to remain focused, students should not buy or keep any other study material other
than what is recommended by the management. This ensures a unified focused approach with
identical content that is more conducive to learning and produces better student outcomes.
3.3. That my ward will ONLY take the entrance tests, board examinations, and talent search
examinations and ONLY in the test centers prescribed by Rahmani30. Rahmani30 takes this clause
very seriously and non-compliance will result in steep financial penalties as well as expulsion from
the program.
3.4. That cheating may attract one or more provisions listed in the Corrective Measures section.
3.5. That the tablets or computers will only be used for academically appropriate courses of study as
prescribed by Rahmani30, and that Rahmani30 will keep complete physical and software control
on the device until my ward leaves Rahmani30.

pg. 2/6
4. Leave Policy
4.1. That extraordinary time requires extraordinary measures to be successful. Leaves at Rahmani30
represent this thought; In principle, there are no leaves for the whole “duration” be it one/two or
more years or course duration. It is just hard work with a track record of success. Any individual
leave puts the student at a risk of failure.
4.2. That, as a principle, with the unfortunate exception of an immediate family member passing away,
no leaves should be requested within the last six months of the target batch (second year / Last
year students or entrance exam appearing student).
4.3. That if the planned schedule and progress are up to the satisfaction of the Center Lead then the
Foundation batch (first year students) may be permitted to take 3 days off for Eid and 3 days for
Eid-ul-Adha. This leave is not available for the Target batch.
4.4. That, marriages in the family are among the highest risks to the success of a student. Ideally,
Rahmani30 would not like students to request leave however a two-day leave may be granted for
the marriage of siblings and on the condition that the student successfully demonstrates that s/he
can catch up with the syllabus.
4.5. That, a leave can only be initiated upon verification of the return ticket by the local administration,
else severe financial penalties as stated in corrective measures will apply.
4.6. That, in the unfortunate incident of a death in the immediate family member, a three-day leave will
be allowed.
4.7. That, I undertake to provide a local guardian or will myself collect my ward if s/he is going on
leave or I will provide a signed statement to authorize her/him to travel alone.
4.8. That misuse of leaves may attract one or more provisions listed in the Corrective Measures section.

5. Health
5.1. That, Rahmani30 does not have a medical and psychological team in house and therefore if my
ward is regularly sick or displays psychological discomfort then Rahmani30 will remove my ward
from the program per its discretion.
5.2. That, any medical assistance required by students will be fulfilled by the parent or their appointed
local guardians in the city of the study center. Appropriate leave may be granted as an exception
when a written referral is produced from a local doctor with advice for care at specialized centers
such as AIIMS, etc.
5.3. That Rahmani Program of Excellence is only responsible for first aid, and that all expenses will be
charged back to us.
5.4. That Rahmani30 does not agree nor accepts any medical liability of my ward. And that Rahmani30
is not responsible for any medical treatment.
5.5. That I authorize Rahmani30 to take all necessary steps in the case of emergencies as determined by
the Study Center management.
5.6. That misuse of health issues may attract one or more provisions listed in the Corrective Measures
section.

6. Finances
6.1. That no student in the history of Rahmani30 has been denied education due to the inability to pay.
6.2. That Rahmani Program of Excellence is committed to providing and encouraging excellence in
education, and to meet that end, it evolves various financial models to achieve as many student
success as it can with help from other organizations, alumni bodies, parents, and institutions. These
partnerships with varied financial models help us distribute various expense pools such as
academics, dining, boarding, medical etc., over many entities thus making this program available
to more students
6.3. That Rahmani30 may introduce a non-interest bearing student loan to cover tuition and other
expenses in order to provide support to a larger number of students.
6.4. That, several key players of this program volunteer full time and do not receive any salary, travel
allowance or per diem from Rahmani30.
6.5. That, Rahmani Program of Excellence will refund the security deposit after the student has
achieved the excellence goal and produces admission details of the institution, For Example NEET
students would provide MBBS allotment, and JEE students will provide INI allotment letter.

pg. 3/6
6.6. Security money will not be returned if a student leaves or is removed from the program, other than
other actions as mentioned under other clauses.
6.7. That Rahmani Program of Excellence will have all rights and we authorize the Rahmani Program
of Excellence to get scholarships on our behalf so that our ward and other such students can be
served well.
6.8. That we will not join any other program and will remain with Rahmani Program of Excellence.
That we understand that the community makes considerable investment and therefore if such a step
is taken, then we will pay complete expense for that seat for that 2- or 1-year program.

7. Expulsions/Removal
7.1. That, my ward will be removed from the program for not reporting illegal, Islamically haram,
immoral, or any kind of ragging activity. Rahmani30 deems mute spectators to be worse than
offenders.
7.2. That, my ward will be removed from the program for being involved in any illegal, Islamically
haram, immoral, or any kind of ragging activity as well as legal action will also be initiated as per
law.
7.3. That, my ward may be removed from this program if she/he displays a lack of interest, effort
and/or continued failure to improve per the discretion of the local Study Center management.

addition to any amount paid so far. Additionally, all books, materials, and intellectual property
must be submitted by the student prior to departure. I further undertake to handover an undated
cheque in favour of Rahmani30 for the sum of Rupees four lacs, with the authorisation to deposit
the same in the event of removal or withdrawal of my ward. The said cheque shall be returned on
successful completion of the course. (Providing undated Cheque is not obligatory but voluntary for
2024 admissions).
7.6. That, the original certificates will only be given after clearance has been received from the lead of
the Study Center.
7.7. That, given the substantial community investment in each child in terms of tuition fees, other
expenses, and volunteer hours, your ward will be required to complete all allowed attempts at their
respective examination (6 JEE, 2 IIT, All NEET, multiple CA, CS, Law, etc. “attempts might vary
as per govt. rules & instructions”) while remaining with the Rahmani30 program unless a
