❏ NYC provided Policy recommendation on the Draft Guidelines on
the Grant of CSC Eligibility to SK Officials
● CSC drafted a resolution (December 22, 2023) with rules for the grant of CSC eligibility
for SK Officials

○ Coverage: ○ SK Officials - Elected and Appointive (SK Treasurer and Secretary)

○ Benefit: 1st level of eligibility (Sub-Professional)

The Sub-Professional Eligibility qualifies you for first-level positions such as
clerical, trade, and custodial service positions which require less than four years of
college education.

○ Exception: SK Chairperson (already covered by Brgy. Officials Eligibility - Local

Government Code)

● DILG requested NYC to provide recommendations to the draft guidelines related

to CSC Eligibility for SK
