1.2. Meetings (b) On LYDC meetings, Sec. 24 (l) of the
IRR of R.A. No. 10742 mandates that
the LYDC shall schedule a meeting
every quarter, and as often as needed.
1.3. Trainings (c) On LYDC trainings, Sec. 27 of R.A.
No. 10742 requires that members of
the LYDC must undergo mandatory
and continuing training programs to
enable them to perform their roles in
nation-building and other civic duties.
