EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Services
3

Attacake sells pancakes coupled with exceptional customer service. It can be loosely
described as a quick-service business where customers can just wait for 2-3 minutes
while watching their pancakes being made. We strongly believe in the idea that almost
everyone loves to eat pancakes. We encourage our customers to drop their suggestions or
comments about our products inour dropbox.
Financing
It is key to our financial success to grow Attacake not just a café type business, but as a
pancake and pastries shop. We are looking for an investment of 800,000 money with the
hope of eventually establishing branches within the city.
Mission Statement
Attacake is dedicated to satisfy the hunger of the students, staff and faculties. Through a
philosophy of “mapapa attack ka sa sarap”, Attacake will hold true to its vision being a
new concept. Most pancakes have one flavour, so we will make it a bit different from the
traditional pancakes. It has a variety of flavours; mango, chocolate and ube. We intend to
make enough profit to generate a fair return for us investors and to finance continued
growth and development in quality products. We also maintain a friendly, fair, and
creative work environment, which respects diversity, new ideas, and hard work.
Management Team
In our business, we as entrepreneur have different task in order to do our duty. There is
one person assigned for the cashier, two people for the crew, two people for kitchen area
and one person for the Dish wash area. We would like our business to be well organized
and in order to give good services to our customers. As of now the team will do the tasks.
Later on if our business will succeed we will hire people for our business.
