Adoption Program
Adoption Programme helps to support the students in improving their academic
performance and to create a student-friendly and parent-friendly atmosphere in the
campus through counseling and personal guidance.
• The care of 10 to 15 students in each class is handed over to one teacher dealing with
that class.
• The Adoption teacher interacts with the students and their parents and helps them
improve their standards and solves their problems.
• An Adoption Record is maintained by the Adoption Teacher with all the details of
counselling and measures taken.
• The Adoption Teacher speaks with the students on daily basis and makes phone calls
to the parents about the performance of their children at least twice in a month.
Calligraphy
Calligraphy is an art form that focuses on writing of beautiful letters. In our Sri Chaitanya
School, the style of handwriting that is followed is Lucida. Benefits of the LUCIDA

Smart Living Programme
The Smart Living Programme is aimed at instilling life skills, social awareness and leadership

Co-Curricular Activities play a vital role in reinforcing the learning process. They help in
applying the knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom practically and thus make the

English Enhancement Programme
English Enhancement Programme (EEP) is meant of improving the comprehension skills and
vocabulary skills and understanding skills of the students of C-Batch, Medicon, ICON, IPL
and MPL.
• This is highly helpful to them in understanding the long questions given in
competitive exams and various Entrance Tests like JEE MAINS & ADVANCED in a short
time and answering the questions in the time limit given.
• Separate EEP Book is given to each class to enhance their skills. A separate period is
allotted.
• Along with giving practice in this direction, EVR Tests are conducted from time to
time to judge their levels of comprehension and word power.

Skill Reinforcement Programme


Skill Reinforcement Programme (SRP) is aimed at making the students comfortable with
MPC Subjects at the beginning of the Academic Year. This program is meant for the
orientations Techno, C- Batch & Medicon.
All the necessary basic knowledge of their class is given to the students with the help of
specially designed materials.
The concepts taught in this programme are:
• Basic and fundamental operations of Mathematics like Number System, Exponents
and powers, Algebraic Expressions, Ratios etc.
• Basic fundamental concepts in Physics and Chemistry
• Basics in Physics like Mechanics, Heat, Light & Simple Conversions etc.
• Basics in Chemistry like Elements, Compounds, Symbols, Atomic Numbers, Atomic
Weights etc.
• It serves as quick review of the basics before entering the academic year in full swing.
Progressive Learners Programme
Progressive Learners Programme (PLP) is for the students who are not able to cope with the
standards required of a particular class. This program is meant for the Challengers of 6 to 9
class Techno Students.
The basics of all the languages and Group subjects are taught to these students in a
sufficient number of Cycles which end with a Test and the Progress is analysed.
Making them equal to the top students of the class is the aim of this programme.
The following are the main features of PLP:
• Major Subjects of Mathematics , Languages ( F.L , SL & TL) are focused on.
• Separate Time is allotted for this programme
• Each cycle duration is 10 days; 9 days classes and on 10th day, an exam will be
conducted.
• 9 Days Period allotment: Maths-9 Periods; FL-3 Periods; SL-3 Periods and TL-3
Periods.
• Identification of the areas where the slow learner students are not strong.
• Preparing a separate schedule for conducting remedial classes to these students
• Preparation of Worksheets, Practice Sheets and other Material by Subject Experts
• Use of Digital Media and Technology in teaching these students
• Conducting the Programme in 10 Cycles (As per the need, the number of cycles will
be increased)
• Analysis of this Test Result in multiple angles and preparing the Charts of Output and
Progress made by the students
• Periodical change in the Curriculum designed for them on the basis of the Progress
made by the students
• Giving information about the Child’s performance and progress immediately
• Informing the parents about the Progress made at the end of every Cycle
• The Programme is conducted under the direct supervision of the Directors
F2 Programme (Foundation with Formulae)
F2 Programme is aimed at making the students strong at using the formulas, definitions and
Principles of Mathematics and the Basic terminology of Science Subjects (Physics and
Chemistry).
They are taught the formulas and definitions of Maths and Sciences in small doses every
day in their regular periods. This programme is meant for Techno, C-Batch, Medicon and S-
Batch.
There are 8 Cycles in an academic year.
Each Cycle in the Programme is of 10 days’ duration.
So, it is clear that every student can learn 800 formulas in a year.
Each student will learn: 8 Formulas per day / 80 Formulas per 10 days.
After completion of every cycle, two days are meant for preparation and a test called FBT
(Formula Based Test) is conducted on these 80 formulas on third day.
The Result is analysed and the progress is informed to the parents.
The Main features of F2 Programme are:
• Teaching 2 formulas each in MPC subjects every day
• Teaching along with the regular teaching

Importance of Vedic Mathematics:
• The concepts taught in Vedic Maths are: Simple techniques of Additions,
Subtractions, Divisions, Multiplications, Square Roots and Cube Roots, Quadratic
Equations and Magic Multiplications.
• This programme is for Techno, C-Batch, ICON and IPL.
• A separate book is given and a period is allotted for teaching.
• The knowledge of Vedic Maths enhances ability for doing all long and complicated
arithmetical operations in a very less time.
• It enriches knowledge and understanding of Maths.
• It reduces dependence on calculators and students excel at school.
Importance of Reasoning:
• It improves mental ability, sharpness, creativity and intelligence.
• This programme is for C-Batch, Medicon, S-Batch, ICON and IPL.

• Techno Programme : Techno Curriculum is an integrated Syllabus which is a
combination of State, CBSE & ICSE
• The Main Objective is to give the students a Good Foundation for entering the
Prestigious IIT’s, NIT’S, AIIMS, JIPMER, AIPMD, DEEMED UNIVERSTIES and other
Medical and Engineering Institutes
• In Techno, around 40% of IIT and NEET Entrance Exam syllabus will be covered
• C-Batch Programme : The main objective of C Batch programme is to ensure that
these students are competent enough to secure Below 500/1000 RANKS in IIT level
entrance tests
• In C Batch, 50-60% of IIT-JEE Entrance Exam syllabus will be covered
• ICON Programme: The main objective of ICON programme is to ensure that these
students are competent enough to secure below 200 to 500 RANKS in IIT-JEE .
• In ICON, 60-70% of IIT-JEE Entrance Exam syllabus will be covered
• IPL Programme : . The main objective of IPL programme is to ensure that these

NASA’S NSS Space Settlement Contest
The NASA-NSS Space Settlement Contest is an International Annual Competition in
Designing Space Settlements for 6th - 12th grade students.
Students are made to involve in different Projects, Artwork and Literature work.
Science projects related to Space can have different groups. 8-12 students will be in Large
Group, 5-6 students will be in small group, single student in individual project.
There are NASA Central Office Team, NASA in-charges at branch level. NASA Classes will be
conducted by the central office team twice a month (Online & Offline). NASA in-charge
takes the class every day.

• Presentation: Project, Literary and Artistic
• NASA stands for National Aeronautics and Space Administration
• NSS stands for National Space Society
• ISDC stands for International Space Development Conference
• By participating in the Contest, the students can develop scientific temperament,
competitive spirit, involvement in teamwork, project management techniques apart
from getting international name and fame as young scientists.

NASA‘S NSS Space Contests 2024 Result

• Sri Chaitanya School created history by bagging 62 Winning Projects in NSS Space
Contests at International Level.
• World 1st Prize: 7 Projects; World 2nd Prize: 11 Projects & World 3rd Prize: 15 Projects
& Honorable Mentions: 29 Projects
• 3 cash awards were announced by NSS in this contest and 2 cash awards were won
by Sri Chaitanya for the second consecutive year.
• For the past 11 years the Asian School Giant, Sri Chaitanya has been winning the
World Championship consecutively.

THE OLYMPIADS
• The students are made to participate in various Olympiads depending on the
Orientation in which they are studying. These are made easy by Sri Chaitanya, The
Right Mentor for IIT, Medical, Olympiad and all other competitive exams.
• Our students are made to have external competition with other schools, attempting
all Olympiad exams conducted by other Olympiad organisations.
• Olympiads help the students in developing their confidence levels by the time they
appear for the Entrance Examination of their Goal, may it be IIT, NEET or any other
CET.

• In Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) which was conducted jointly
by Mathematics Teachers’ Association (India) and HBCSE, Sri Chaitanya secured
256 Selections at All India Level.

• In NSEJS which was conducted jointly by IAPT (Indian Association of Physics
Teachers) & HBCSE, Sri Chaitanya secured 170 Selections at All India Level.

Organizational Policies of Sri Chaitanya Schools


Corporal Punishment:
The Staff must not give any Corporal Punishment to the students. Corporal
Punishment means beating the students, sending them out of the class, making them
stand outside the class, any physical punishment like sit ups etc. They should not
speak to the students harshly or use any kind of abusive language that may hurt the
feelings of the students. The Management is not responsible for any kind of legal
action initiated by the parents towards the teachers for giving Corporal Punishment
to the students.
Behavioral Issues:
The Staff should not involve in any behavioural issues in the branch. They should not
involve any kind of communication with the other employees, especially with the
employees of the opposite gender, on any kind of social media like WhatsApp,
Facebook, Instagram etc. Any such behavioural issues involving the colleagues,
parents or any person related to School will be viewed seriously and the immediate
result is the termination of his/her services.
Financial Issues:
The Staff are strictly prohibited from conducting any financial transactions like chits
in the branch. They must not conduct any business activities involving the sale of any
goods. The Staff should not lend to or borrow money from any other employee or
parent at any cost. The Management will not hold responsibility for any consequence
rising out of such transactions.
Loyalty to the School:
The Staff are strictly prohibited from speaking against the School and the
Programmes and Activities taken up by the School, with any parent, colleague or any
other person from outside, or making any such statements which damage the
reputation of the School. They should be loyal to the School as long as they work with
the School.
Respect the Hierarchy:
The staff should obey the instructions from the hierarchy without any questioning
or deviation all the times. They should never criticize or speak bad of the
hierarchy at any place or in the presence of anybody.
Dress Code:
All the members of Staff, both male and female, should maintain proper dress code
while coming to the School. Male Staff should wear neatly pressed formal dresses,
tucking the shirts and preferably wearing shoes. Lady Staff should wear sarees.
Additional Responsibilities:
All the Staff should follow the instructions of the Management and the Local
Administrators without fail. They have to perform all the Additional and Secondary
responsibilities given to them by the Administrators at any time.
Resignation:
No teacher should drop from the School in the middle of the academic year. The
Resignation should be submitted with notice of three months prior to the close of the
academic year.
Use of Mobile Phones:
The teachers should not use mobile phones inside the School Campus at any cost.
