NOTES:
- The price for each item include all earth work required
to complete the item(i.e. but not limited): Excavation
work in any type of soil including rock soil, Removing
surplus material to public dumps area outside the
project area, dewatering, replacement, bedding,
backfilling ,compaction, compaction test, surrounding
clear sand , ...
- For domestic water network each item include (I.e. but
not limited): flashing, cleaning and disinfection.
- For domestic water, irrigation. Fire, Storm and sewage
networks all valve chamber cover, manhole cover, catch
basin cover will be from ductile cast iron (DCI),with
coating to withstand coastal weather conditions
-all access covers should be tagged with“project name
,network name” and the recessed type frame to be thin
type.

HDPE pipes(SDR 11) pressure rating 16 bar for Irrigation
water networking piping system, the item include but
not limited all pipes , fittings, accessories, thrust block,
concrete encasement if any, also including excavation in
any kind of soil including rock soil, disposal of surplus
material to public damping area, dewatering,
replacement, bedding, backfilling, compaction,
compaction test, bedding surrounding pipes with clear
sand , flashing, cleaning, disinfection and Turned Back
To its Original s condition As per to the princible of
industry all what is needed to complete the work as
required by the drawings and technical specifications:

Supplying, installing, connecting and testing all valves
with working pressure (16)bars including its D.I. fittings ,
including surface box with all supplies , category but not
limited excavation in any type of soil including rock soil
and all required for installion according to specs and
drawings,and supplying removable operating key for
valves with total number of not less than 20% of the
number of valves , fitting and valves internal insulation
to be considered according to specification for the
following valves diameter:

2.1 50 mm No. 19
2.2 63mm No. 9
2.3 75mm No. 10
2.5 150mm No. 6
4 HOUSE CONNECTION
Supplying, installing, connecting, testing and handing
over of house connection HDPE pipes(SDR 11) pressure
rating 16 bar to supplying building , complete with all,
fittings,,accessories, thrust block, connection to main
water pipe line, the item also include but not limited
excavation in any type of soil including rock soil, disposal
of surplus material to public damping area ,dewatering
,replacement, bedding, surrounding clear sand for pipes,
insulation, backfilling, compaction, compaction test,
flashing, cleaning, disinfection and all what is needed to
complete the work as required at the drawings and
technical specifications for the following diameters:

4.1 For External Diam. 50 mm No. 19

5 VALVE CHAMBERS
Supply, construct and test Valve Chamber including all
valves , all HDPE fittings, and accessories, including
excavation in any type of soil including rock soil, disposal
of surplus material to public damping area, dewatering,
replacement, bedding, plain concrete, Cast-in-situ or
precast reinforced concrete, insulation, water proofing,
backfilling, compaction, compaction test ,DCI. frame &
cover, steps, flashing, cleaning , and all what is needed
to complete the work as required by the drawings and
technical specifications:

damping area, dewatering, replacement, bedding,
backfilling, compaction, compaction test, bedding
surrounding pipes with clear sand , flashing, cleaning,
disinfection and Turned Back To its Original s condition

material to public damping area, dewatering, replacement,
bedding, backfilling, compaction, compaction test,
bedding surrounding pipes with clear sand , flashing,
cleaning,
disinfection and Turned Back To its Original s condition
