1.0 GENERAL:

This section includes all the Requirements, which are specific to the subject Ejector
that are to be purchased against the referred enquiry. Bidder must read all the
provisions of this section carefully, in conjunction with the other sections of the
referred enquiry, and accordingly prepare the quote.

2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

2.1 Equipment -
Design, manufacturing, testing and supply of liquid jet ejector , spares and
complete final documentation comprising of general arrangement drawings, Fabrication
drawings and inspection certificates as mentioned in the attached specifications and data
sheets, and sketches.

2.2 Deliverables –

a) All documents shall be compiled in Folders of good quality. Six such Folders shall
be mailed directly to Chief Engineering Services Manager, Engineering Services,
IOCL, Paradip Refinery, Odisha

3.0 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN OFFER

The vendor’s proposals shall as a minimum include the following:

In Technical bid.

(a) Signed and stamped copy of all tender documents provided by IOCL.

(b) List of spares (Refer attached list of required spares.).

(c) An itemised list of special tools including in the offer. (If any it should be within the
quoted date of main equipment)

(d) Any start-up, shutdown or operating restrictions required to protect the integrity of the
equipment.

(e) List of deviations/exceptions to the enquiry document. Deviation shall be listed


separately for each document with cross reference to Page No./ Section/ Clause
No./Para etc. of the respective document supported with proper reasons for the
deviation for purchaser’s consideration. Any deviation not listed under the above section,
even if reflected in any other portion of the proposal shall not be considered applicable.
No deviation or exception shall be permitted without the written approval of the
purchaser.

(f) A specified statement that the scope of supply, the offered equipment/ systems and all
its components are in strict accordance with the data sheets, Tech specifications, this
specifications and all other attachments, except for specific deviations as listed in the
proposal.

(g) Confirmation on Guaranty/Warranty. (Should be min 12 months from date of


commissioning/ 18 months from date of dispatch whichever is earlier)

4.0 CONTRACT DATA

On successful award of contract Bidder shall furnish the following documents for approval of
IOCL within two weeks of issue of LOA/FOA/LOI.

a) General Arrangement Drawing. A general arrangement drawing shall indicate:


i) Outline dimensions (minimum three views) (All principle dimensions).
ii) Location (in all three planes), size, type, rating and identification of all
purchasers’ interface connections
iii) Total weight
iv) A list of any special weather-protection and climatic features & Painting
details.
v) Design/operating data, Details about standards followed, Special notes etc.
vi) Panels, Junction box, load cell details with make model no.

a) Quality assurance policy indicating name of TPIA.

b) List of spares as per given job specification.

c) Project progress plan and timely update of project execution report.

d) Name plate drawings with standard details.

good quality. Six such Folders shall be mailed directly to Chief Engineering Services Manager,
Engineering Services, IOCL, Gujarat Refinery, Koyali, Vadodara. This is within scope of supply of
bidder within the quoted price of equipment.

offered model please mention NA against the same.
