General Classification :

Cows are four-legged animals which are one of the major commodities in the country. The meat is
commonly consumed to meet the daily calorie needs of humans.

Even though the amount in the country is very large, people consume it quite rarely. Indonesia itself is
one of the countries with the least average annual consumption of meat in Southeast Asia.

This is because the price of beef is still relatively expensive compared to the low average income of
the community. So the meat is still identical to the upper middle class when consumed.

Balinese cow is one of the native Indonesian cattle. This type of worker cow has a lot of energy and
durability. At birth, a bright red, green Balinese calf with a clear black stripe on the back.
