* Assign work to junior team and take result-oriented outputs.
* Support the clients, Online & Offline Data Maintenance of company and client’s data.

* Schedule the interview of the job seekers candidates
* Telephonically and digitally Support to new as well as existing Clients like data entry, technical support etc.,
* Data Maintain both offline and online,
* Supervision on the Operational related work,
* Task/work provided by the seniors,
* Maintain proper communication between all office staff members as well as maintain the proper
discipline& dignity at the workplace,
* Proper coordination and provide all types of support to Business partners (Franchise) & company clients.

 Contract Agreement - Major Terms & Conditions:
➢ Initially 7 Working Days Training Period - which is an Unpaid Training. MeanSalary
will be applicable from 8th Working Day.

➢ 1-year (Twelve Working Months) Boundation means there is a Job Contract

Agreement which is of 1 year (Twelve Working Months)

• After 1 year want to leave –1 Month Notice period have to served

• If want to continue in this company after 1year –Again Every Next
year renewal of contract.
• If want to leave Job before completion the Contract Agreement of
twelve working month–Penalty will be applicable i.e., Amount
equivalent to your 3 Months’ Salary.

Note–If candidate will get Permanent Government Job & submit Joining Letter to Company
then in that case penalty will not be applicable, Mean Nill Penalty and you can leave job
before contract agreement duration (any day within 12 working month).
➢ Refundable Security after 1 year (Acc. to Contract Agreement)
• Amount equivalent to 1 Month Salary have to be given as a Liability. That
will be deducted from candidate Salary by first 4 months (25%-25% - 4
times).
• 2 Months Security Cheque–Equivalent to the Salary Amount (WILL NOT
BE PRESENTED IN THE BANK Until you will not Breach any Terms of
contract Agreement, These Cheques will be for SECUIRTY PURPOSE as
mention in Contract Agreement.

Note: Security is taken only for the reason that it is an Educational IT software company
which deals with confidential Datas of Schools, Colleges & Universities i.e., the clients and to
secure the Datas, also as well for Contract T&Cs not to Breach

it’s companies responsibility and the Devices/Assets which also be provided to Employees.
These can be upto approx. Rs. in Thousands/Lac & Above
