‫َق اَل َر ُس وُل الَّل ِه ﷺ‬
‫‏ "‏ َأَت اُك ْم َر َم َض اُن َش ْه ٌر ُم َب اَر ٌك َف َر َض الَّل ُه َع َّز َو َج َّل َع َل ْي ُك ْم ِص َي اَم ُه‬
‫ي‬ ‫ُّل‬ ‫َغ‬ ‫ُت ْف َت ُح ي َأْب َو اُب الَّس َم ا َو ُت ْغ َل ُق ي َأْب َو اُب اْل َج ي َو ُت‬
‫ِف ِه‬ ‫ِح ِم‬ ‫ِف ِه‬ ‫ِء‬ ‫ِف ِه‬
‫َأ‬
‫َم َر َد ُة الَّش َي اِط يِن ِلَّل ِه ِف يِه َل ْي َل ٌة َخ ْي ٌر ِم ْن ْل ِف َش ْه ٍر َم ْن ُح ِر َم َخ ْي َر َه ا‬
‫َف َق ْد ُح ِر َم ‏"‏‏‬
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:

The Messenger of Allah ‫ ﷺ‬said:
"There has come to you Ramadan, a blessed month, which
Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has enjoined you to fast. In it
the gates of heavens are opened and the gates of Hell are
closed, and every devil is chained up. In it Allah has a night
which is better than a thousand months; whoever is
deprived of its goodness is indeed deprived."

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (‫ )ﷺ‬said:
''Allah said, 'All the deeds of Adam's sons
(people) are for them, except fasting which is for
Me..''

‫‏ "‏ اقرءوا القرآن فإنه يأتي يوم القيامة شفيًع ا ألصحابه‏"‏‬
Abu Umamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (‫ )ﷺ‬saying,
"Read the Qur'an, for it will come as an intercessor for its reciters on
the Day of Resurrection."

DUA FOR BEGINNING OF RAMADAN

‫الَّلُه َّم َأْه ِلْلُه َع َلْي َنا ِباْلُيْم ِن َو اِإليَم اِن َو الَّس َالَم ِة َو اِإلْس َالِم‬
Allahuma 'ahlilh ealayna bialyumn wal'iiman walsalaamat
wal'iislaam
O Allah, bring it over us with blessing and faith, and security and
Islam
DUA FOR STARTING FAST

‫ْل‬ ‫ًا َّل َف‬ ‫َا ّل َا‬
‫ل ُه َّم ُص ْو ُم َغ د َك َي ِّس ْر ُه ْىِل و َتَق َّب ُه ِم ِّنْى‬
Alllhuma aasumu ghadaan laka fayasirhu li wa taqabalhu mini
O Allah, I am fasting tomorrow for you. So make it easy for me and
accept it from me
DUA FOR BREAKING FAST

‫الَّلُه َّم ِاِّنى َلَك ُص ْم ُت َو ِبَك امْنُت َو َع لْي َك َتَو ّك لُت َو َع ىل ِرْز ِق َك َاْف َط ْر ُت‬
Allahumma inni-laka-sumtu, wa bika-aamantu, wa alayka
tawakkaltu, wa ala rizqika-aftartu
O Allah, I have fasted for You, and I believe in You and have put
my trust in You, and I break the fast with what You have bestowed
DUA FOR THE NIGHT OF POWER (Laylatul Qadr)

‫اْلَّلُه َّم ِاَّنَك َع ُف ٌّو ُتِح ُّب اْلَع ْف َو َف اْع ُف َع ِّني‬
Allaahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibb al-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni
O Allah, You are the Most forgiving, and You love to forgive, so
forgive me

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from cowardice. O Allah, I TODAY'S AYAH
seek refuge in You from being brought back to a bad
stage of the age, I seek refuge in You from trials of this
world and from the torment of the grave

Knowledge which does not profit, a heart which is not
submissive, a soul which has an insatiable appetite,
and a supplication which is not heard

I seek refuge with (Allah), the Lord of the daybreak. From the
evil of what He has created. And from the evil of the darkening

(night) as it comes with its darkness. And from the evil of
those who practise witchcraft when they blow in the knots,
And from the evil of the envier when he envies

O Allah, remove my sins from me as Thou hast removed
the East from the West. O Allah purify me from sins as a
white garment is purified from filth. O Allah! wash away
my sins with snow, water and ice

OF RAMADAN 1445
‫الَّلُه َّم اَل ُتْخ ِرُجَنا ِم ْن َرَم َض اَن إاَّل َو َأْنَت راًض َع َّنا‬
‫الَّلُه َّم اْج َع ْل َرَم َض ان َه َذ ا شاهًدا َلَنا اَل َع َلْي َنا‬
‫َو اَل ُتْخ ِرُجَنا ِم ْن ُه إاَّل َم ْق ُبوَلْي ن ومرحومين ومعتوقين ِم ْن الَّناِر‬
‫الَّلُه َّم اَل َتْجَع ْل َرَم َض ان َه َذ ا آِخ ُر َع ِه ْد َنا بشهرك اْلَكِريم‬
‫وأِع د َع َلْي َنا َرَم َض ان أعواًم ا َع ِديَدة َو َأْز ِم َنة َم ِديَدة‬
‫َو اْج َع ْلَنا مّم ن َش ِم َلْت ُه م الَّرْحَم ة وعمتهم اْلَم ْغ ِف َرة‬
‫وحازوا ِبِع ْتق ِم ْن الَّناِر‬
Allahuma la tukhrijuna min ramadan 'iilaa wanta raden anaa

Allahuma 'iijeal ramadan hadha shahdan lana la alayna
Wala tukhrijuna minhu 'iilaa maqbulyna wamarhumyna
wamatuqyna mina alnaar
Allahuma la tajal ramadan hadha akhar ahdina bishahrika alkarim
Wa'aed ealayna ramadan awaman adidata wa'azmina madida
Wajalna minman shamalathum alrahma wa'amatuhum almaghfira
Wahazu bietqin mina alnaar
Oh Allah, don't take us out of Ramadan unless you are satisfied with us
Oh Allah, make this Ramadan a witness for us, not against us
And don't take us out of it except those who are accepted, merciful, and
freed from the fire
Oh Allah, don't make this Ramadan the last of our covenant with your
holy month and return Ramadan to us for many years and long times
And make us among those who are covered by mercy and whose aunt is
forgiveness and they were freed from the fire
