WRITING MY REFLECTION
Complete the statements given below.
Differentiated instruction benefits our learners because it is practice that uses effective
classroom management to promote student engagement through assessment of individuals
pupils’ readiness and grouping students for instruction, using each student’s zone proximal
development. Also, it helps the learners to demonstrate their ideas without the assistance of
others.

As a future teacher, I can employ the following strategies in my classes through


visualization, cooperative learning, inquiry-based instruction, differentiation, technology in the
classroom, behavior management, and professional development. Being an effective teacher is a
challenge because every student is unique, however, by using a combination of teaching
strategies will address the varying learning styles and academic capabilities as well as make my
classroom a dynamic and motivational environment for the learners.
