The gender wage gap in not only an issue experienced in the United States but it is

experienced internationally. This issue is and has been experienced ever since women were

allowed to work back in the mid 1800’s. There are multiple factors that will be mentioned in

this bibliography.

{First source} In this article the author claims how female managers can help with the

inequality of gender wage gaps. By advocating for their female peers to get raises or bonuses.

The author supports their claim by using facts and real-life experiences documented by several

establishments. Apon further researching this topic to find how the author contributes to the

research it has been found that the article provides actual solutions instead of just reporting

problems. The article provides examples and problem-solving techniques that offer solutions to

the issues at hand.

{Second source} The second article supports the elimination of the gender wage gap is

showing estimates or breaking down the statistics and explaining why the gender wage gap

exists in our societies and communities today. The author mainly supports the claim by

explaining the statistics and going into depth on how big this issue really is. This article supports

the main idea or claim because it gives the exact percentages and numbers to show that this

issue is very real and ongoing. Statistics is always a good way to back up any claim because it

puts the situation into perspective with numbers that show clear evidence to the reader.
