Suggested answers
1) The two side lengths must add to more than the base.
2) Angles in a triangle must add to 180o.
3) The longest side of a triangle must be opposite the biggest angle and a
Pythagoras calculation shows this not to be a right-angled triangle.
4) The angles around a point add up to 360o.
5) The radius is half the diameter.
6) A kite is always symmetrical.
7) Vertically opposite angles are always the same, angles on a straight line add
to 180 o and angles around a point add up to 360o.
8) The opposite corners are equal on a parallelogram.
9) An isosceles triangle has two equal angles. Two angles of 100 o are not
possible in a triangle.
10) The circumference will always be slightly more than three times the
diameter not more than four times.
