Q)Analytical Ability
A)I was from the initial stage of ITVM Project, so I used to think about all the
analytical and possible ways in solving the user stories to reach the
maximum expectations from client side. There were few complex functionalities to
implement, so changed the way of designing and conditional checking to
improved the performance and effectiveness by taking help from senior developers to
build "Stored Procedures". I always tried to improvise the existing
solution so as to enhance the User Experience.

Q)Communication
A)I had a great connectivity with the complete team. I used to attend all the
meetings organised during the sprints and pay complete attention during the
calls with product owners and BA teams inorder to capture all the information
regarding the work. Frequently connecting with the BA team to get clear insights
about the requirements under a particular User story. When I had certain doubts I
used to connect with Senior developers to get some suggestions and
logical implementations ideas from them.

Q)Continual Learning
A)During the first Phase of ITVM, as that was my first project I always intend to
learn new implementation ways and scenarios. I frequently used to check the
latest releases of appian versions and what are the new objects being added to the
application tool. I Used to do some POC's with new smart services to
understand the relatable use of that particular object. During the implementation
of User stories in case of any doubts I used to refer Appian community to
gain the insights and implementation steps.

Q)Customer Focus
A)I used to attend all the Meetings organised with the clients and able to
understand the deserved requirement suggested from the clients. Always I tried to
have more possible ways of implementations inorder to satisfy the customer needs. I
was able to complete all the change requests raised by the customer by
following the acceptance criteria as a high priority task and used to complete
ASAP. Few times after consulting to senior developers suggested some enchancements
to BA team for the UI's to make them more informative.

Q)Drive for Results
A)I followed Developer standards by focusing on the desired outputs without
compromising on any aspects in terms of building the application. Always tried to
implement the user stories with much care to obtain better results by considering
quality and performance as the key factor without affecting the Desired outputs
I used to analyse and bring much more effectiveness to the final results.

Q)Initiative / Proactiveness
A)I am always a person to take Initiative call and go through the user stories
prior to the assignment inorder to grasp some ways to develop those stories early,
which helped me to gain more time to focus on more insights and drive through the
development changes. I used to help my colleagues when they are struct at
certain point in any logical implementations so we used to connect and work
together to resolve that particular issue. Frequently I used to update the
development
status in the teams group chat so that everyone in my team can know the status of
my work.

Q)Innovation and Creativity
A)When I was working in my project I used various new components inorder to check
how that objects will help in resolving the efforts and make the application work
more effective. I tried to improvise most of the UI's. In certain scenario when
User story related to Reports were assigned to me I used various charts and graphs
and made the reports page look very informative so that clients can easily
understand by the stats.

Q)Planning and Organising
A)Initially when User stories are assigned to me, I will plan to divide the User
story into certain number of parts and then I will start to work by building all
the
pieces together. Finally I will organise in such a way that the original Acceptance
criteria is meet and the User story has passed all therequested test cases to make
the workflow works perfectly fine. In case of an issue in resolving any error
during the implementation then I used to connect with fellow colleagues or senior
developers
to take some help from them, mean while without wasting the time I used to focus on
other issues/ CR's assigned to me.

Q)Presentation Skill
A) I have given KT on ITVM project to dev team for newly joined members. so I
prepared a small sheet for noting all the key points that are very much needed to
completely understand the workflow and regrading the project key aspects, such that
I dont miss any important concept that has to be explained. I was added to the
performance test team, So after testing the Scenarios I used to collect the
information and prepare the powerpoint presentations. Later I used to oraganize
meetings
with various project managers, tech leads to explain the application performance by
presenting the prepared PPT's.

Q)Problem Solving
A)I seeks to brainstorm on problems that I have in user stories and to try to find
the right solutions. I will monitor all othe possible outcomes of all actions
undertaken
to take full responsibility for any problem occured during the execution. I will
evaluates all possible solutions and then I will choose the one that will deliver
the best
results with meeting the acceptance criteria.

Q)Result Orientation
A)Once the certain user story has been completed then I used to recheck twice so
that all the possible cases are even working fine. Few times some of the corner
cases
which may or maynot occur in the real time scenario were also identified when
designing the UI's and workflows. So during such conditions I used to connect with
BA team
from the Client side and I used to explain these corner cases to them and then
resolving according to the requirement. By keeping main Motto to achieve better
results.

Q)Team Skill
A)In my first project (ITVM) most of the time I used to work together with my
colleagues so that we could share our ideas better and discuss the better
implementation steps to
resolve the solutions, It actually helped to finish the work early and also in most
productive way. During the developement time when we face any issues to resolve
error we
used to connect and work together. I used to help my team mates when ever they need
help from me. Working as a team actually helped us to follow a single path of
direction
without deviating by creating multiple duplicate objects and building the logics
differently.

Q)Withstanding Pressure
A)Once I felt hard to complete one task due to the errors and additional work added
to the existing User Story as the part of enchancement. So User story effort points
were
not extended and I had to complete it on time. So I spent some more additional time
after the working hours and strive hard to complete the User story on time. So
analysing
the issue without harding myself and taking some additional time to think out of
the box helped me handle the pressure situations.

Q)Values / Conduct
A)I always followed the ethics, When dealing with requirements confirmation I used
to connect with senior developers/project manager and take suggestions from them
before providing
my views to clients. Always maintained discipline, followed integrity and core
values of TCS company. TCS helped me to develop communication skills, improve my
Tech skills and
follow company standards.
