Goals:

----------

Q) No of workflows/Process models/Process/Sub processes configured efficiently.

A) During the ITVM 1st phase of development, by analyzing the workflows as per to
the ERD and based on Acceptence criteria I had
developed the initial workflow of process models and sub process for various
scenarios like,
Adding,Updating, deleting operations for Obligations as well as contracts and also
worked on sub process configurations like
task assignment,reassignment, email notifications, etc.,
--
Q)Develop code as per requirement
A)Considering the basic development principles and methodologies as per to the
business requirements and acceptance criteria I
followed best practices in order to maintain the application performance and memory
utilization during the execution of complex
workflows and UI's. As per to the visibility criteria in the user stories, for
specific users/groups correct permissions were given.
--
Q)Adherence to internal TCS/client specified processes/systems thereby providing
zero defect delivery
A)Frequent Refinement sessions with the BA team from Internal TCS and from BA JLR
team really helped to analyze the exact
requirement needed from the Clients. So development has been made much more
efficiently. So considering these factors able to
develop User stories withouty defects. The change requested generated from the
Client side are implemented much carefully
without effecting the other workflows in the application.
--
Q)Number of best practices adopted and implemented in project
A)As per to the requirement specified in the User stories researched the earlier
implentation of same functionalities in other
sub-projects like Brexit, I have implemented in the ITVM project and made few
changes in CO2 Project as a part of change requests.
and also getting updated from the appian community in terms of new releases and
newly added components. In CO2 I have done a POC
on new smart-service components like, "Import Excel to DB", Import CSV to DB".
--
Q)what all high value features in final increments built/suggested to Product owner
while development?
A)Provided few enchancements to the product owner in the UI changes in order to
make information more understandable. Created
additional reports during the Hyper care sprint in ITVM application to provide
complete information in the graphical format for easy analysis.
Suggested for the duplicate check conditions with BA team under 3 scenarios which
were considered as new enchancement requirements and
created a new User story for these developments. The scenarios for
(Obligation,contract,party) like duplicate checking during
the comparision based on other existing fields with same data values.
--
Q)Closure of post implementation defects raised by customer within prescribed SLA
A)The change requests and bugs raised during the current sprint are resolved with
in the specicied SLA. The bugs
and change requests raised after the Hyper care sprint were resolved before the SLA
time and able to complete the first phase
of the ITVM Project before the time. Along with the support of senior developers
able to completely deploy all the application
objects to the production environment without any defects and dependency issues.
Q)% T Factor improvement
A)I had improved the % T factor from 0.09% to 1.10%. I did few courses in fresco
play on fast growing technologies like Cloud Computing,
Data Science, Artificial intelligence, and basics on Modernizing web applications
using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Along with
that I completed all the required courses specified during the early days of TCS
joining in ievolve platform and constantly checked
to be as a compliant member.

Q)No of relevent technological/Domain Certifications/Test completed

(External/Internal)
A)I got assigned as the part of performance tester along with development works. So
I carried out various load, stress and performance
testing using the J Meter application tool on the various sub-projects like ECCAR,
BST, CO2 and ITVM. This helped me to understand and
analyze how to check the real time performance, memory utilization and CPU
utilization of the application site pages over a certain Environment.
Had a brief overview on the various technologies similar to the EAS Domain. I have
gone through some of the tutorials related to EAS Domain
technology and grasped some idea on various other application tools like Service
now, SAP and Sales force. In appian Community attempted a
practise test on Appian Associate developer certification.

Q)Analytical Ability
A)I was from the initial stage of ITVM Project, so I used to think about all the
analytical and possible ways in solving the user stories to reach the
maximum expectations from client side. There were few complex functionalities to
implement, so changed the way of designing and conditional checking to
improve the performance and effectiveness by taking help from senior developers to
build "Stored Procedures". I always tried to improvise the existing
solution so as to enhance the User Experience.

Q)Communication
A)I had a great connectivity with the complete team. I used to attend all the
meetings organised during the sprints and pay complete attention during the
calls with product owners and BA teams in order capture all the information
regarding the work. Frequently connecting with the BA team to get clear insights
about the requirements under a particular User story. When I had certain doubts I
used to connect with Senior developers to get some suggestions
logical implementations ideas from them.

Q)Continual Learning
A)During the first Phase of ITVM, as that was my first project I always intend to
learn new implementation ways and scenarios. I frequently used to check the
latest releases of appian versions and what are the new objects being added to the
application tool. I Used to do some POC's with new smart services to
understand the relatable use of that particular object. During the implementation
of User stories in case of any doubts I used to refer Appian community to
gain the insights and implementation steps.
