Dear Dr. Gido:

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in

Cebu, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills
Development Authority (TESDA), is conducting mandatory
training for all Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) treasurers in the
province.

According to the provisions of the Sangguniang Kabataan

Reform Act of 2015 and the guidelines from the National Youth
Commission, it is mandatory for Sangguniang Kabataan
treasurers to undergo TESDA Bookkeeping Training before
assuming their roles.

With this regard, I would like to excuse ARA JANE I.

CARABALLE this January 25-26, 2024 for TESDA Bookkeeping
Training. She is enrolled in Madridejos Community College,
taking Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino
section 3B.
