technology (2) UK SVQ level 3 Hydrocarbons processing
(3) USA IHRDC Production operator training (4) City and
Guilds of London Institute.

CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR/FIELD
OPERATOR PRACTICAL SKILLS
This training will equip the trainees with the
necessary skills to be qualified as: (1) Control
room operator (2) Field Operator by the virtue of
the training.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
This training is primarily for Nigerians/other
countries: secondary students, OND, HND, First
Degree, post graduate students, inexperienced
and experienced people in any other professions.

The training aimed at equipping the trainees

with the technical/practical skills required to
operate successful any oil and gas processing
facilities ranging from offshore FPSO to onshore
Central processing facilities onshore.

(1) Process pre commissioning operations

(4) Normal process plant short down operations
(5) Process emergency shutdown Operations
TRAINING CONTENTS
(1) Oil well bottom hole equipment, wellhead, Xmas tree, flow lines
and pipelines
(2) Crude oil and gas separation and crude oil dehydration
(3) Produced water treatment
(4) Injection water treatment
(5)Acid gas removal & Gas dehydration
(6) Gas plants: LNG, LPG, NGL, CNG, AG, NAG, lean gas etc
(7) Process equipment: pumps, compressors, valves, heat
exchangers, Separators etc
(8) P&ID, PFD, UFD, instrumentation and control
(9) Process safety: PTW, JSA, AGT etc.
(10) DCS operations, Fire and Gas ESD, PAGA etc
TRAINING LOCATION
This training will be conducted💯 % online
through Zoom Meeting App. Initial gathering on
WhatsApp groups to surport any further
information regarding the training will be
