POSITION HR MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY As the leader in HR and office administration for our India office, you will
play a critical role in supporting our growth and ensuring effective
management of our human resources. Your primary responsibilities will
revolve around overseeing HR functions, implementing strategies to attract
and retain top talent, and promoting a positive work culture within the
organization, payroll support, and general office administration. Your
contributions will ensure smooth operations and a positive work
environment.
ROLES AND Lead and coordinate Human Resources efforts and office
RESPONSIBILITIES administration in the Pune office.
Collaborate closely with corporate HR, payroll, and development
teams in Pune.
Provide recruiting support by sourcing and selecting candidates
for open positions.
Foster employee engagement and identify and address employee
relations concerns.
