Proof of residence
FIDIC Credentialing Ltd. (FCL) applies a multi-tiered discount policy as is applicable and based on the
candidate’s current country of residence.
To be eligible for a discount, you are requested to provide us with a valid document which will allow FCL to
verify the country for which you claim you are currently a resident of.
The proof of residence must not be older than 3 months at the time of your submission.

Documents not approved for submission: (the following are not accepted)
National ID, passport, driver’s license or permit of a country where you are not a permanent resident

Documents approved for submission: (the following are accepted)

Utility bill, bank statement or contract issued in your name which clearly indicates the residential address
and date.
Sensitive personal information (i.e., amounts, account numbers etc.) may be redacted.

Candidates who do not submit a valid proof of residence will forfeit any applicable discounts that would
be awarded which are based on their country of residence.

If the document provided is not in English, complete the form on next page and upload the form with the
original evidence of proof of residence.
