Set the second to fourth speeds in the same way. The segment A increments every time when the write switch is pressed. (Setting for first to fourth speeds is completed.) When setting for four speeds is completed, the segment A indicates "1.", which is the parameter for ACC (acceleration time) setting for the first speed. Set the acceleration time (indicated on B, C and D) with ACC variable resistor and press the write switch. Vv ACC setting for the first speed is completed. When ACC setting for four speeds is completed, the segment A indicates "5.", which is the parameter for DEC (deceleration time) setting for the first speed. When setting of all parameters for internal operation is completed, press the write switch, check that the set values are proper and then press the RUN switch. i Writing is completed. INT LED lamp lights on. 7. Press the RUN switch again to activate the inverter in the internal mode. Speed can be selected by turning on or off the circuit between 11/12 and 3 of the terminal block. Options and functions include OP-1, OP-2 and OP-3 (and OP-4 and OP-5). OP-1: Factor indication for TRIP op-2: Setting of electronic thermal value OP-3: Setting of F. MAX value 1. Press STOP switch once (twice during operation) to indicate OP-1. Select either of OP-1, 2 or 3 (or 4 or 5) with UP and DOWN switches (on the indication panel). 2. 0P-1 When OP-1 is indicated, causes of TRIP for the last four times are indicated every time when the STOP switch is pressed. Set the desired value with UP and DOWN switches and press the RUN switch (Writing is completed). Press the RUN switch again to start. oP-3 When OP-3 is indicated, press the STOP switch to turn on HZ LED. Set the desired value with UP and DOWN switches and press the RUN switch (Writing is completed). Press the RUN switch again to start. To return to the operation mode from OP-1, 2 or 3 function, press the RUN switch. Item Wx Contents (4-5) Deleting set values| Option/function set values and other set values in internal operation mode can be deleted in STOP status. Press RUN and STOP switches on the indication panel and then UP and DOWN switches to delete settings. Indication panel el ee Blinking indicates that the deletion 1s being performed. When settings are deleted, the inverter operates according to the settings when shipped (default values). (4-6) Operating types 2 and 3 | To switch between type 2 (RUN and speed setting are operated externally) and type 3 (RUN and speed setting are operated from indication panel), use the switch (2T/3T) on the indication panel PC board. (4-7) Retry function By turning on the retry switch (TRY) on the indication panel PC board, automatic restoring function repeats retrying operation up to four times when TRIP is activated. At the fifth TRIP, the operation is stopped. Causes of TRIP are memorized in OP-1. However, retrying is not performed for OL mode TRIP.
