PROJECT :-

PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL PLAN

NOTES:-
1. Contractor to check & verify all dimensions
before execution of the work.
2. Figured dimensions shall be followed.
3. All dimensions are given in MM.
4. Brick used in masonary shall have crushing
strength not less than 100kg/cm2.
5. The reinforcement shall be of high strength
deformed bars as per I.S.1786-1985
Fe 500N/mm2.
6. The structure drawings should be read in
conjuction with the architecture drawings.
7. In case of any ambiguty in structure drawing
clarification may be sorted.
8. Conc mix to be used as follow:.
a. M25 for foundation& retaining wall
b. M25 for columns
c. M25 for plinth beams & slab beams
d. M25 for slab.
9. Minimum Nominal Cover to all Reinforcement i/c.
LINKS IF ANY SHALL BE AS PER IS 456-2000
AS UNDER:-
(1) FOUN. = 50 mm. (2) COLUMN = 40 mm
(3) BEAMS = 20 mm (4) SLABS = 20 mm
10. LAP LENGTH / ANCHORAGE LENGTH
i ) 50 d IN CASE OF FOUND., BEAM & SLAB
ii) 45 d IN CASE OF COLUMN WHERE d IS DIA.
11. Foundation is Designed for G.F.+ F.F.+S.F.
12. Foundation is Designed for safe BC 11.0 T/M2
at 1.2MTS depth from N.G.L.
13. Concrete Design Mix to be vetted from Structure
Engineer before usage at site.
14. Steel to be checked by Structure Engineer on
site before concreting of major elements, such
as Foundation, Columns & Beam Slab.
