I am Ankit Nehra from semester IV writes to inform you of my recent health issues that
hindered my attendance from April 18 to April 26, 2024.
I was diagnosed with dengue fever during that period, which required emergency medical
attention and bed rest as prescribed by my doctor. I missed classes and academic activities
throughout this time.
Given the importance of regular attendance and academic commitments, I respectfully seek
an attendance for the listed days owing to medical reasons.
I have attached my diagnosis and medication to support my claim. This paperwork shows I
was unable to attend lessons within the specified period. I am dedicated to my studies and
understand the necessity of following our attendance policy. However, unexpected health
