Cruz, Rafael Supeña
This agreement was made this April 2024 having its registered office at Sto. Cristo San
Jose del Monte City, Bulacan as the first party.
Cruz, Rafael Supeña, as the second party. WHEREAS the Applicant, is an indigent
family of San Jose del Monte City Bulacan and has applied for a Housing Loan
Agreement for the purchase of housing loan in Pleasant Views Residences. Housing
Loan Policy has approved the said application by the beneficiary subject to the terms
and conditions hereinafter provided:
1. In accordance with the said Housing Loan Policy the application of the
beneficiary, will loan the amount of 250,000Php for 15 years housing loan, and
amortization for 1,000 per month.
2. The price shall be paid by the beneficiary to housing office as shall be mutually
agreed between the parties in the amounts, at the times and in the manner
specified in the First Schedule of payment.
3. The term of this contract shall be for a fixed period on April 2024 for (15) years
and expiring on 2039. Terminated by reason of early settlement by the
beneficiary of the outstanding loan amount.
4. In the event that the beneficiary cancel his/her unit monthly amortization will not
refundable and automatically rebook the unit.
5. In the event that the beneficiary fails to pay to the whole of the loan amount or
any part thereof as shall be outstanding, may at its discretion recover the said
outstanding balance.
6. A beneficiary may not apply for nor shall he/she for another housing loan under
NHA housing.
7. For so long as the purchase unit or any part thereof has not been fully settled the
beneficiary hereby agrees the rules and policy of NHA housing.
a. To not change the design of the unit until not totally paid.
b. To pay the repairs and maintenance of the house.
c. To not for sale the unit under the housing loan agreement.
8. The beneficiary has the option of settling the outstanding loan amount before the
expiration of the loan period by paying off the outstanding obligation with.
10. No relaxation, forbearance, delay or indulgence in enforcing any of the terms and
conditions of this Agreement nor the granting of time by to the beneficiary shall
prejudice, affect or restrict the rights and power of hereunder nor shall any waiver
of any breach thereof operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach thereof.
11. This Agreement shall be binding upon the personal representatives, successors,
executors and administrators of the Employee, and the assigns and successors.
12. The First Schedule hereto shall be taken, read and construed as essential parts
of this Agreement.
13. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the
validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto executed this Housing Loan
Agreement at ________________this day of April __, 2024.
