Heracleo Casco Memorial National High School (HCMNHS) is a leading school in terms of sports
development. As such, the school fielded and sent student-athletes in various sports tournaments outside
the municipality with good and satisfactorily results. Making the school as a home of the champions.

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to request for any critical
transportation assistance for the student-athletes of Heracleo Casco Memorial National High School
Table Tennis Team composed of 15 participants (12 students and 3 coaches) which the school will be
sending to the Digos City Tune-up Games and Mini-Tournament. The transportation assistance will be
use in ferrying the participants to Digos City, Davao del Sur and back to Santa Maria, Davao Occidental.
We, as an enthusiastic advocate for physical fitness and sportsmanship, we believe that this event would
be a wonderful opportunity to promote a healthy and competitive spirit among our student-athletes.

The objective of this request is to provide the necessary logistical needs and outside tournament exposure
for our student-athletes. This will help them create their own style of play and build their confidence.
Thus, motivating them to engage more in physical activity, develop their sportsmanship skills, and foster
a sense of unity within the community. By this request, we aim to provide our students well-needed
training for the upcoming tournament which they will represent our beloved municipality. Thus, this will
be a platform to showcase their talents and improve their table tennis skills.

Under this initiative we will be able foster team building, strong sense of competitiveness and most
importantly, to be able qualify for World Table Tennis (WTT) Youth Contender Puerto Princesa 2024
and be able to come up with the necessary training regimen suitable for each qualified student-athlete
holistic development.

Hence, sustaining and maintaining a credible school table tennis team.
