Dear Sir,

1. With reference to various telephonic conversations regarding the above

mentioned project, and your request for Quotation for the TOR received and
attached along with this letter, having examined all relevant documents and
understood their contents, hereby submit our Financial Proposal for providing
Consultancy services for Design Review of the cross-drainage structures along
the East Bank-East Coast Road Linkage Project, Georgetown (Guyana)
2. The proposal is unconditional and unqualified.
3. I/We undertake to provide any additional information it may deem necessary or
require for supplementing or authenticating the Proposal to Ashoka Buildcon.
4. I/We acknowledge the right of the Ashoka Buildcon to reject our application
without assigning any reason or otherwise and hereby waive our right to
challenge the same on any account whatsoever.
5. I/We agree to keep this offer valid for 30 (Thirty) days from the Bid submission.
date specified in the proposal.

 Terms of Reference for Design Review of Cross Drainage Structures in Guyana

1. General

Ashoka Buildcon Limited (Employer) has appointed Indez Architects and Interior
Designers (Consultant) for the Design Review of the cross-drainage structures
along the East Bank-East Coast Road Linkage Project, Georgetown (Guyana).

Ashoka Buildcon Limited vide letter no. ..............................dated……….2023 appointed

Indez Architects and Interior Designers as the Design Review Consultant for the work.
The project involves the Design Review of 3 number of Minor Bridges & 8 number of
Box Culverts along the Main Alignment of the project corridor as mentioned above.

2. Scope
The consultancy services include Design Review of 3 number of Minor Bridges & 8
number of Box Culverts along the Main Alignment and submission of updated design &
drawings of these structures.

3. Deliverables
The consultant shall review the design of all aforementioned cross-drainage structures
and submit updated designs & drawings for the same.

4. Time Schedule

The period for the Consultancy Services shall be 45 days.

5. Consultancy Fee and Payment Schedule:

The Consultancy Fee shall be Rs. 8,00,000.00 +GST (Indian Rupees Eight Lakhs only
plus GST, as applicable).

Any additional work beyond that specified scope of services shall be taken up as
per mutually agreed rates and a payment schedule to be decided before proceeding
further.
6. Payment Schedule
The payment shall be released as per schedule given below:

3. On submission and approval of Designs & 24 %
Drawings of 8 culverts on Main Alignment
a) On submission and approval of Designs & (3% for each Culvert)
Drawings of each culvert on Main Alignment

7. Payment and Other Terms

7.1 Consultancy fee is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

7.2 The payment shall be made to the Consultant within 15 days of submission of
invoice to the Employer (M/s Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.).

7.4 The Employer shall make all payments through RTGS into the Consultant’s
bank account maintained with Union bank, details of which shall be provided by
the Consultant.

8. Validity of Offer

This offer shall be valid for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of
submission mentioned in the covering letter unless extended.
