to present in Bago Binary Geothermal Power Plant (BBGPP) Project at Purok Aba Sitio
Pataan, Barangay Mailum, Bago City, Negross Occidental.

This certification is issued upon the request of MR. EDWIN R. BACARISAS for the
renewal of NC2 TESDA certificate and not valid for any other purposes.
