Relocation Site/NAVALTA lot January 23, 2024, sent a letter request for survey to CENRO-Initao,
gave them a copy of the sketch plan from the office of Engr. Buhian,
and a copy of the tax dec of Lot 3258, Cad 365 issued by the Mun.
Assessor’s Office
January 25, 2024, staffs of CENRO-Initao headed by Engr. Baal
conducted a relocation survey of the boundary of the said lot, the
result of the said survey will be used for drawing a scheme of the
subdivision plan which will be later presented to the Municipal Mayor
and Vice Mayor
March 5, 2024, 1st ground layout of the proposed subdivision scheme
March 25, 2024, 2nd ground layout of the proposed subdivision
scheme
April 23, 2024, Task Force Bubotan Meeting, updates about the case
and plans on how to facilitate the assigning of lots
April 30, 2024, Task Force Bubotan with the Bubotan FIsherfolks,
updates about the case and assigning of lots through draw lots
May 7, 2024, Soft copy of the final scheme (plotted by Jonessa) was
given to CENRO
Final scheme for blueprinting with CENRO’s signatories
Present- waiting for the schedule for the resurvey/ground layout of the
revised scheme
