 The communal garden of both barangays that they establish was still there but
unfortunately the communal garden of barangay Pulog was not able already to maintain
by the beneficiaries.

 The communal garden of barangay Pulog as per visited/monitored by the CF that the
beneficiaries weren’t able to maintain their garden.

 During the conduct of CFDS the CF reminded the beneficiaries to maintain their
communal garden.

 during this time, the beneficiaries have abled complied their individual daily time
record that compensate required 11 working days and submitted to CF. The CF
submitted the documents for payment amounting to 39, 150 to the region and waited
those documents be reviewed.

since there was no payment yet being conducted nor scheduled, while the CF
needs to have a feedback regarding on the status of the documents for
payment being submitted to the region so that he/she can provide appropriate
and legitimate reason regarding on the unpaid cash for work payroll of the
beneficiaries

 Until now, the CF didn`t received feedbacks regarding on the status of the
unpaid cash for work payroll of the beneficiaries and there`s no payment yet
conducted nor being scheduled. The beneficiaries and the BLGU have
continued to monitor the area to see the sustainability of the project.
