The fifth menu contains the factory settings of the compressor. Access fo the factory settings menu requires a special code. | — setting unloading pressure setting output pressure — compressor unloading time — automatic start after power cut-off — condensate removal, blow-oul time — condensate removal, pause time ~ air filter service potiod — oil change period — oil separator service period ~ oil filter service period ® ©} SERVICE @al ~ compressor number “) MULTIPILOT | — selecting pressare contro! point MENU. — measurement off / on / measurement ®@ 04} DRYER | temperature of dryer ‘The basic display menu shows the compressor’s running mode and information on the com- pressor’s various functions. The other menus are for programming. They are accessed from the basic display menu by simultaneously depressing the @) and @ keys for five seconds. All indicator lights will go on and the display starts flashing. Then you choose the desired menw code (01, 02, 03 or 04) using the @) key. The unit now enters programming mode, and the desired function is brought to the display using the scrolling key C). The change the numerical value on the display, use the @) and © keys. The value on the display starts flashing to indicatethe change. When flashing stops, the value becomes the new setting. ‘The basic display can be entered from all menus by depressing the reset key, The basic dis- play wil} also return after { minute if the panel is not used. - Basic display When the compressor is switched on, the unit always shows the basic display. If the motor is running, the display shows a dot and the output pressure (the dot is shown when the compressor is in output mode, not when unloading). If the motor is stopped, the display shows compressor’s renning mode. The numerical va- lues can be changed with the @) and @ keys. The value flashes on the display to indicate change. When flashing stops the value becomes the new setting. ‘The following functions can be programmed through the user menu: — setting unloading pressure The pressure value at which the compressor goes over to unloading. The pressure indi- cator light and the left upper segment of the display illuminate when the unloading pressure is in the programing mode. The output pressure shifts as the unloading pressure is changed (pressure difference re- mains constant). The unloading pressure set at the factory is equal to the compressor’s max. pressure, which cannot be exceeded. ~ setting output pressure The pressure value at which the compressor goes over to full output. The pressure indicator light and the left owec segment of the display illuminate when the output pressore is in the programming mode. A Changing output pressure will also change the pressure difference. ~ compressor unloading time The unloading time determines how long the compressor runs unloaded before auto- matic stopping. The operating hour tight illuminates when the unloading time is programmable. -- altomatic starting after power cut-off The function is disabled by setting the value to 0. __ Other values define the starting delay of the compressor when power is tumed on again The operating hour light flashes when automatic starting is programmable, If aufomatic starting after power cut-off is enabled, a warning labet of this must be placed on the compressor. — condensate removal, blow-out time Condensate removal biow--out time in seconds, The air filter light illuminates wher this function is programmable. A ‘Too short condensate removal at too long intervals may cause water to enter the network, Humid and warm intake air requires longer and more frequent condensate removal. Make sure that the water separator becomes empty in the set blow-out time. ~ condensate removal, pause time Condensate removal pause time in seconds. ‘Phe oil separator light iluminates when the condensate removal pause time is program- mable. c Service menu To enter the service menu from the basie display when the compressor i stopped, select code 02. Use the scrolling key oO to select the desired service item and to set its new lifetime after the Service. ‘The numerical values can be changed using the @) and &) keys. The value flashes to indicate the change. When flashing stops, the value becomes the new setting. ‘There are four service points: ~ oil change period ‘The service light illuminates when the new oil change time can be set. ~ air filter replacement time The air filter light iluminates when the new service time can be set for the air filter. — vif separator replacement time. \ The oil separator tight iMuminates when the new service time can be set for the oil sep- arator. ~ oil filter replacement time ‘The oil filter light {Numinates when the new service time can be set for the oil filter. Note! After replacing filters, the service time must always be set on the dis- play. Multipilot menu The settings in this menu are used when the compressor is connected 1» Maltipilot control through an RS 485 communication line. In that case an additional data communication card is needed. ‘To enter this menu select code 03. = <_ mpressor number The display shows alternately the text RS 485 and the compressor number, When no indicator lights are on, the compressor number can be changed. The number flashes quickly as its value is being changed. ~ selecting pressure controt point The compresor’s pressure control point can be changed hore. The text LOCAL indicates control by the compressor, while the text PILOT means control by the Multipilot sys- tem. Dryer menu To enter this menu select code 04. In this menu you select temperature measurement OFF or ON*. Displayed text: OFF/ON*.
