1. Abstract:
I will sell auto parts online as daily 700 Zero Meter car registered daily in Karachi
and the rate of accidents are also very high due to that most of the cars are
damaged. No one is doing this business online so a starter & Fresher is always
Welcome & also To capture not only Pakistan market but also capture developing
countries market like Bangladesh, Kenya etc. My site will focus on both product &
customer. My ist priority is to deliver 100% genuine & reliable & cost effective
Auto parts to my customers. so that they will be my permanent clients. it will
increase my income generation.

2. Preliminary Problem Statement and Solution:

 Ensure Customers regarding genuine parts

b) Solution

 Comprehensive billing system will be introduced so that there

will be no such problem of shipment.

 Hosting server will be secured one with 128 Bit SSL

 Total satisfaction to our customers is our Top priority

3. Feasibility Study:

a) Budget:

Following are the List of items we have to require.

 Web Space and Domain Name it will cost us approximately

5000/- Per Year

 2 Web Developer , 1 Graphic Designer 30,000/- Per Month

  Computers P-IV 25,000/- (One Time)

 DSL connection 4000/- Per Month

 Payment Processor, here in Pakistan only Citi Bank is doing this

and they are charging 40,000/- Per year

b) Resources

- We have a business setup so we don’t need to invest in office

furniture, Office Rent and other minor office expenditures.

4. Cost Of Project:

a) Direct Cost

i. Requirement Specification Cost

I told you all the requirement specification cost in the budget. It

includes, web space, domain name registration, computers, DSL connection &
the web developers and Payment Processor Fee. The lump sum amount of all
these are 100,500/-

ii. Design Cost

As our website needs updation on daily basis so we don’t have a

Fixed design cost. We hire web developers on monthly basis so the total design
cost will be 3, 0000/-

iii. Development Cost

Same as Design Cost additionally it includes Payment Processor

Fee, Web Space, and Domain Name Registration

iv. Hosting Cost

Hosting Cost includes domain name and web space.

 v. Maintenance Cost

It includes only web developer cost.

b) Indirect Cost

It includes marketing cost which we have to spend to market our

website.

5. Cost and Benefits Analysis (CBA)

 Major benefit is the expansion of Jurisdiction. Our webpage is

accessible worldwide.

 As jurisdiction expands income automatically increases

 To cover up Cost We will start referral programs Like Ogloco

and also google adsense program so that we will increase our
income

6. Payback Period

a). Initial Investment/ Cash Flows

Every business needs an initial investment, but a true businessman

is one who saves money for future losses. Total initial cost we have to require is
100,500/- just to establish an online business. To make it running & successful
we have to add additional 50,000/- PKR so that if we will face any kind of losses
we can bear it for 2 to 3 months.

7. Human Resources

a). Outsourcing of the Project

We don’t want to outsource this project we will hire web developers

to develop such a website.

b) In House development
 We prefer in-house development due to cheap labor in Pakistan,
we can minimize our cost. Initially we will higher a web developer who will be
responsible for scripting, technology and deployment of the website where as
graphic designer will design complete lay out of the website.

8. Impact on the Business

It will definitely boost our business as we are only catering Karachi

market as we go online we will definitely cater not only Pakistan market but
international market also.

9. Time Frame

a) Start and end date if the Project

We will start this project from IST May and it will be ended at the
end of June. Further Details are as under.

 Preliminary Design. It will be completed in 5 days time

 Detail Design. As we have to look each aspects of the website

it will require extra days. 30 Days time

 Prototype we will complete this in 10 days

 Testing. To remove bugs we will start with beta version. (5

days)

 Final version. After going through Beta version and removing

all the bugs we will release final version.

Already explain that in house development, web developer will be

responsible for scripting, technology and deployment of the website where as
graphic designer will design complete lay out of the website including Logo &
Style.
