Please upload a photo of the to-be-married couple here, ideally from a
pre-wedding photography session. Don’t have a picture of them together?
You can merge two individual photos or take a picture while one of them is
on camera (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.). Please use a photo
which is not uploaded to any other platform, so we can promote the
wedding with this unique picture.

Accepted image formats for this photo

are JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), HEIC (.heic) and WebP (.webp). The
maximum accepted file size is 12 Mb.

Do not upload an image that explicitly depicts the exact location of your
wedding. This includes maps or wedding invitation cards that reveal the
specific address. Wedding images are publicly visible to all site visitors,
therefore location-revealing images may attract non-paying travelers to
the wedding site.

Please note that wedding registrations with such images may be subject
to rejection by administrators.

Who is the Ceremony Guide?

 We recognize that couples are busy before and during the wedding, therefore please
appoint someone who can be asked on your behalf to take care of your
JoinMyWedding guests.

What does a Ceremony Guide do?

 He/she gets in touch with confirmed guests at the wedding to make arrangements
based on guest needs of the wedding (eg, exact timing, location and dress code).
  He/she can be contacted by confirmed guests after the booking has been made to
discuss any practical details (eg, accommodation recommendation, shopping for
traditional wedding attire, etc).
 He/she keeps in touch with confirmed guests regarding any last-minute changes to the
wedding.
 He/she welcomes confirmed guests to the wedding and helps them to be part of the
celebration.

STEP 5 Receive traveler contributions

From each traveler attending your wedding you will receive 60% of
traveler contribution (minimum of USD 60) as a wedding gift through
JoinMyWedding.

Traveler contributions should include:

 access to wedding on the chosen day
 connection with Ceremony Guide before the wedding to arrange
exact time, location, etc.
 access to meals on the chosen day
Traveler contributions should NOT include:
 transportation to the wedding venue
 accommodation at the wedding

Payment details and information will be kept safe within

JoinMyWedding and will not be shared with third parties.
