RE: Request for comments, corrections, regarding draft report electronic record systems of the Supreme Court Dear Clerk Lifschitz: Attached is a two-page draft table, [1] summarizing survey of the electronic records of the Supreme Court over the past decade. The results should raise concern with any person, who is familiar with the proper administration of the courts. Additional data regarding the systems is provided in additional reports, link below. [2] I would be grateful for any comments/corrections that you may offer, prior to completion of the report, particularly regarding the apparent failure of the Office of the Clerk to certify any decisions of the Supreme Court after January 2003.

No certification statement and no original electronic file name are listed (a pattern that started around Jan 2003, long after the death of Shmaryahu Cohen. This particular decision is opined as a falsified court record. Falsification was probably perpetrated at a date later than date of Feb 28, 2002. By the date of Feb 14, 2007, Cohen was no longer among the living, and Magistrate Okon was no longer with the Supreme court. Case number on the decision:

On March 27, 2002 - Complaint of murder was filed by a friend/relative of Shmaryahu Cohen with the police. However, no clear motive was listed. March-Dec 2002 - following the death of Shmaryahu Cohen, an unnamed Magistrate starts certifying the decisions.

Most decisions are still certified against an original electronic file (not a .doc). No mention is made of the office of Clerk of the Court.
